Overall a fairly good stay, the main restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner, this was disappointing. The sushi restaurant is good. Rooms are a little outdated. Highly recommended getting food from near by restaurants.

The best part of our experience was the room (reasonably comfortable) and the lovely views of the Queen's Park Savannah from the hotel. However the check-in process was terrible. There was no one at check-in to receive us and even though we were waiting there a good 7-8 minutes, the person at the Hilton Honours desk didnt have the courtesy to inform us that she was handling all check-ins. The other thing we didnt appreciate was when we tried to order room service at 10:15, we were told that the kitchen was closed, even though room service is advertised as going until 11pm, and the staff were generally unhelpful and unwilling to go "the extra mile" as we have experienced in other hotels.
