This private apartment is situated in an unbeatable, central location! — Located in Port Orange, you'll have the best of both worlds as it's centrally located between Ponce Inlet and New Smyrna Beach. This beautiful apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a front living room, back living room, dining room, full kitchen, fenced in back yard, front yard and two designated parking spots. Entire video walk-through available upon request!
When you book, you are provided with a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that is located on the far-left side of the duplex home. The duplex home consists of the apartment on the left side and a guest suite on the right side. The apartment is a completely separate space from the guest suite, with no shared spaces. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room, full-sized kitchen, fenced-in back yard, front yard and two designated parking spots.
-Your FRONT LIVING AREA includes a front entry into the apartment, a shoe/jacket closet at the entry, an entry table, L-shaped sofa, area rug, coffee table, TV stand, flat screen TV and side table. The TV is a smart TV that gives you access to applications such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. Please note that you will need to use your own login information for those referenced applications. There is no cable TV provided. Wi-Fi is included.
-Your DINING AREA includes a table that seats four, an area rug and dimmed lighting over the dining table. Off the dining room, you have easy access to the kitchen, front living and back living areas.
-Your KITCHEN includes a full-sized oven and electric stove, full-sized built-in microwave, fridge and freezer with filtered drinking water and icemaker, dishwasher, large trash can, plenty of cabinets, basic cooking needs such as plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, silverware, knife set, serving utensils, pots and pans, baking and cooking sheets, and spices.
-Your BACK LIVING AREA includes two oversized love seat couches, two bookshelves, an L-shaped desk and desk chair and a private entry to the fenced-in backyard.
Your MASTER BEDROOM is directly off the back living room and consists of a king-sized bed, area rug, two-night side tables, small flatscreen TV, large closet, small plastic drawer organizer, and an attached full-bathroom.
-Your MASTER BATHROOM is directly off the master bedroom and consists of a stand-up shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and a small built in for small toiletry items.
-Your GUEST ROOM consists of a queen-sized bed, area rug, one night side table, large closet and small plastic drawer organizer.
-Your GUEST BATHROOM is directly across the hall from the guest room and consists of a shower with tub, toilet, sink with cabinets and open closet with shelves.
-Your DESIGNATED PARKING spots are located on the far-left side of the driveway. Occasional guests may park directly behind your two designated parking spots one after the other.
-Your FENCED-IN BACKYARD is located directly off the back living room and consists of a large outdoor patio with roof overhang and tile flooring, outdoor patio couch set, a privacy fence surrounding the entire yard and a gate that leads you to the front yard. Please note that the patio is not screened in. This backyard is completely private, the guest suite does not have access.
-Your SHARED WASHER AND DRYER is in the garage which is directly off the entry hallway. Your designated hours to use the washer and dryer are from 3pm-8pm everyday of the week. The washer and dryer are shared only with my housekeeper who uses it in the AM hours. You may only use the garage to use the washer and dryer, no storage, unless approved by the host. You will access the garage through the access door from the apartment into the garage. The large automatic garage door will remain shut at all times unless approved by host. Trusted vendors are allowed access to the garage for maintenance tasks. Again, please note that the garage is shared, and you may deadbolt the garage entry into the apartment.

Other things to note
-Please note that the AC thermostat is on a set schedule ranging from 69-72. In the winter, the heat automatically kicks on at 67/68 degrees. The hosts control the thermostat to maintain the temperature mentioned. The bedrooms and living rooms all have ceiling fans, please adjust to your liking.
-Only 2 guests maximum, unless otherwise approved by host. An occasional visitor is OK, up to 4 guests max, ideally. Please communicate with hosts with any questions.
-There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind on the property. If there is smoke residue or if it is clear that smoking occurred, an extra cleaning fee will be sent. Please treat our property with respect.
-Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM every day of the week.
-In the event of a storm/hurricane-- We understand that some guests would still like to stay regardless of the weather. We are still happy to host you! However, we want you to be mindful that we do not have a house generator so if for some reason the city power went out, there will be no electricity until the city is able to get the electricity back on.
-The guest suite is also a short-term rental.
-Ring camera is located on the outside of the property.
-Upon arrival you are provided with “starter” basic items to allow you to get settled in and then purchase toiletries once settled.
