“I was very pleased the moment I walked in with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff as well as the aesthetic my suite. It was spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that there were some crumbs and little bit of trash in the floor and couch that were overlooked but not terrible enough for me to care. “We got married here 15 years ago and came back to celebrate our anniversary. They’ve done a good job maintaining a nice place. The rooms could use an update but were clean, the staff were super nice, and the location is perfect for walking around and checking out local stores and restaurants. “This place was filthy. I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner, or maybe it's broken or something because there were Cheerios, bits of plastic, dried mud clumps and I don't even want to know what the white stuff was in the carpets. The walls had smears, there was tape on the ceiling, and the dust on the lamps and towel shelves was thick enough to carve. The toilet paper dispenser doesn't fit a whole roll of toilet paper; you have to take it off the core to get it to actually roll. The shampoo……

“Reserved a handicapped room. Arrived and the elevator was not working. Why have handicapped rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor? Arrived at room 230 to find the toilet not working. The water had been shut off! House keeping got the water turned on. Only to find the fitting was leaking. Unable to fix so they provided towels. By 4:00 the entire room was covered in 1/2 water. Unacceptable! ”

“Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. ”

“Saludos, Realicé una reservación con el personal de recepción al momento de mi llegada debido a inconvenientes con mi viaje. Sin embargo, no pude alojarme, ya que el personal de servicio al cliente me indicó que la reservación sería válida para el día siguiente. “They have no in person check-in so you expect a code to get in the room on the day of arrival. However, in my case, and that was two weeks in a row they did not send the code because I booked the room through Expedia and apparently Expedia did not facilitate the transfer of funds so I had to make a few phone calls before I would get the code. The Internet is great and the room is clean, although the window is facing the corridor, so you have to keep it covered. The garbage container is at the……
