“The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable but a bit outdated, with limited outlets and no USB charging ports, which made it a little challenging to work and charge devices at the same time. Overall, fine for a family trip but not the best for a work trip.”

“Our stay was excellent. The room had all that we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. Our housekeeper, Carmen, did a wonderful job. She got us a few extras that we requested. The breakfast was very good, with interesting Mexican themed choices. The breakfast staff were very friendly as well. We requested late check-out, and it was absolutely fine with the front desk staff. I would definitely recommend this Homewood Suites! ”

“rarely leave negative reviews, but the food at this hotel was completely unacceptable.
Lunch and dinner were extremely disappointing every single day. The buffet had very little variety and often looked half empty, with multiple trays left unfilled. The options were repetitive and limited—basically just chicken and fish every day, with no effort to offer anything different.
Desserts were even worse. There was usually only one option, and it was low quality. The “ice cream” was a flavorless……
