Great house

The house was a golf cart away from the beach and community pool. Lots of toys and games for the children. Beds were good lots of pillow choices. Newer neighborhood.

Great home!

For some reason I thought there was a golf cart. I must have confused this home with another listing. A golf cart would have been very nice. Other than that it was great!

Location, location, location

We enjoyed our family beach trip! The convenience of being located right between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach was a bonus. The Windmark area also offers its own shops, restaurants and live music on the weekends. The beach and pool access was more than a “few steps”. You need a golf cart or a vehicle to get there. Overall it’s an excellent choice. 🏝️

Perfect house in a perfect little beach town

Absolutely loved staying here! We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals but this house and its location was perfect. St Joe is a small, quiet little town which is ideal for anyone looking for a slow paced, relaxing vacation. The house had everything necessary and definitely beats staying in a hotel. It was very clean, spacious and adorably decorated. There were new bikes in the garage which we rode daily to the local shops and to the beach which was about 5 minutes away. Windmark Beach is now one of my favorite beaches ever. We sat and fished from the shore, enjoyed the sunsets and followed them up with bonfires which was exactly what we needed on this getaway. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be going back.
