The place was not clean. Cleaning crew did not change bedding. Lots of repairs needed to the place. Owner/manager was very receptive and communicated well. Offered to send over new linens. During our stay owner/manager had new roaster and coffee pot delivered. It just needs a good repair week and deep cleanI suggested the cleaning crew be replaced

The place itself was a disappointment, especially for the price. The front door number lock was not working and so I had to contact the host and go find the back up key. Smelled clean, but the couch had pet hair on it, the floor had big cracks, the master bathroom was dirty and hairy! Several lights were out. The tv’s upstairs were not set up so you couldn’t use them .

Perfect family getaway

This home is perfect. It has everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. The lounger on the upstairs porch is great for napping, especially with a toddler. It is literally steps to the pool and hot tub. Short drive to the public beach and downtown PJS. The Barefoot Cottages has become our favorite place to stay and this unit has been our favorite so far. The hosts are very attentive and make the stay a breeze.

We were very pleased with this house. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. We have stayed at the Barefoot Cottages several times and this house provides the best location to the main pool. Perfect if you have children.

Best time by Poolside Paradise

All was great! Our host was attentive and responsive. We loved this place and the fact that is pool front, makes it even better. The place was spotless, well stocked and had beach chairs for our excursions to the beach. Great place!

Fabulous Condo/Fabulous trip!

We had a fabulous trip! Condo was very clean and location was perfect, right across from pool. The unit is adorable, very clean, and very well stocked. We loved the screened porches to sit in the mornings for coffee and in the evenings for after dinner drinks and visiting. The common areas are very well kept. We could have used a few more towels as there were 2 couples for 2 nights and one bath only had 3 towels and 1 washcloth plus the makeup washcloth. Not a negative on the condo though, just a personal need. I would rate this condo, grounds, and management a 10 out of 10! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. We hope to be back again soon!

The property is just as described. Very comfortable for a family or two couples to share. The pool however was almost not usable as it was incredibly warm. The owner was sometimes slow to respond or didn't respond at all, but when he did he was informative and helpful. Would recommend this property and stay there again.

Barefoot cottage

I wish all hosts were as wonderful as the one we had. The cottage was clean, well stocked kitchen and everything we needed plus more. The owner stayed in touch with us and was concerned we had a good experience. A 5 + star. I will be back to rent this unit.
