Located on a quiet street off the beach, The Sand Dollar sits on manicured grounds decorated with lush palm trees. On the ground level, guests have access to a private laundry area, outdoor shower, and a covered patio with a grill.

The home’s entrance is on the second level, where guests will discover an open-concept living area with high ceilings. The kitchen features high-end appliances, granite countertops, and designer cabinets. The dining area has table seating for 4, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. Sink into the living area’s soft sofa for a relaxed vacation movie night or wander onto the deck showcasing Gulf views. The Adirondack chairs are perfect for enjoying morning coffee and an evening glass of wine alongside the soothing ocean soundtrack. Take the exterior spiral staircase to the upper deck—accessible only from the outdoors—for even more spectacular views.
