We regret that you did not enjoy your stay and will use your feed back to improve as we are looking for ways to better the experience for our guests. To put your stay into context, for future guests, your check in was less than 24 hours following landfall of Hurricane Idalia. That was a major threat to the Indian Pass area. Thankfully, the storm missed a direct hit to the area and we were still able to not cancel or postpone your booking. We believe that the ants were flooded during the heavy rains from the wooded areas around the house and made their way into the house during the storm. Following your departure we have sprayed and have not observed any additional ants in the two weeks since your departure. Upon notification of any issue observed by our guests, we always try to address our guests concerns immediately. In this case, offered to have the a exterminator come out, as you mentioned. However, we mutually agreed to address the ants after your check out.
