「To be honest, this is not my first choice in my businesstrip to Swansea, but the hotel just right next to a large parking lot and sitting close to waterfront makes it competitive. The room is large but the facility is basic, not even a refrigerator in the room, no laundry service in the hotel or nearby, it's less friendly to long staying customers.」

「Room is tidy and neat. It is great having free parking. Nice and smooth check in process.」

「有行李篋架會更好」

「Accomodation is very good, the staff are always there to help they are so kind and friendly. Rooms are clean there are 2 supermarkets near by. Buses don't run very often,if you have a car then you can travel the country side the whole of Wales is just so beautiful, trees & mountains all around.」

「Everything was great」

「It was a pleasant stay in Caerphilly. Having Toby's Carvery next was convenient for when I needed a quick dinner and didn't want to drive. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to Caerphilly Castle which is worth a visit! Unfortunately I stayed during a heat-wave and this hotel is not equipped with AC.」
