“Although I hv stayed just for a night, it was so nice staying here. The room is awesome and clean. The breakfast is great. It just takes 15mins to Assisi from the house. Love everything here. And Giulia was so nice so yeah I will stay there again if I come to Assisi ”

“It is elegantly decorated and maintained by the owner. Carmine had been warm and caring for our needs. The terrace on the rooftop overlooks the town. You can enjoy fantastic sunset there. Breakfast is also great. We had a very pleasant stay.”

“Convenient location, clean and friendly staff. We didn't partake of the breakfast. The rooms were nicely decorated and quiet, plus had a small fridge. The only negative aspects were the beds were quite firm and the towels were seriously rough. The bathroom was lacking hooks to hang items but we managed. I would recommend it.”

“Wir kommen schon seit mehreren Jahren und sind grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden. Wir beobachten aber, dass einige Dinge Instandgesetzt werden könnten (Lichter, Pergola, Kühlschrank…). Auch könnte am Pool ein etwas besserer Service sein (Matten auflegen, Schirme aufspannen, Handtücher wegräumen).”

“Erg plezierig dat dit hotel zo ontzettend dicht bij de Basilica San Francesco ligt. Zo kon ik daar, nog voor het ontbijt, een kerkdienst meemaken in de benedenkerk, iets wat een grote indruk op mij heeft gemaakt.”

“This little gem is in a perfect place for exploring Assisi! If you’re looking for high end luxury, this isn’t your place. But if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly spot— you’ll be happy! We had a balcony attached to our room and sat out there looking down on the town and valley below. Ringing church bells was a highlight!”

“La cosa peggiore è stata la scarsa cura dell’igiene, praticamente pulizia zero… oltre al fatto che non c’è stato alcun interesse da parte della struttura verso gli ospiti, la camera era sporca, piena di polvere, con lenzuola e coperta sporca… mancavano sia shampoo che bagnoschiuma e gli asciugamani erano sporchi con capelli all’interno ”

“Ho soggiornato presso Il Poggio dei Pettirossi per una sola notte. La struttura ha sicuramente del potenziale, ma al momento della mia visita diversi servizi non erano ancora disponibili a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione: solarium e piscina, ad esempio, non erano funzionanti, cosa che incide sull’esperienza complessiva, soprattutto se ci si aspetta di poter usufruire di questi spazi. La camera assegnata risultava piuttosto cupa, con un’illuminazione insufficiente che non la rendeva……
