“I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. Someone was able to check in using my ID, which is a serious security issue. when they told me that i expected immediate help and concern, but that was not the case at all. The afternoon staff was especially unhelpful and came across as rude and dismissive. I was scared and confused about what was happening, and instead of reassuring me or taking action, they did very little to support me. They did not properly assist in contacting the police or……

“Beautiful Cottage. My husband and his son had a lovely stay. The communication failed regarding the thermostar - App under control of owner. It was a cold spell, but they like the temp 68 degrees day and night. On the last day when i checked re comfort. He said it had been cold. The thermostat was at 58 degrees. If you need heat be sure to check tbe thermostat relects your request.”

Dirt on bed, floor was dirty and it looked like bed bugs were going to greet me at the door. I knew there was no way I could stay in a nasty room. I was given a refund because I reserved it online. I read the reviews and I’m convinced that the owner paid people for good reviews or he made the reviews himself. ”
