"This is a super ground floor apartment with stunning 180 degrees views out to sea. Well equipped and comfortable. Quiet peaceful location. South facing, sunny balcony area a delight. A perfect holiday base whatever the weather. Easy to use car parking space is a bonus in St Mawes. Long flight of steps up to front door not ideal for everyone but fine for us. Close to shops and hotels although hill up and down is steep."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Lugger. My Dad is terminally ill and frail. He spent many summers as a boy in Portloe and one of his final wishes was to return for a holiday. Four of us from 3 generations went to stay.
From the moment i spoke to the team there about the booking to the moment we left they couldn’t have been more accommodating or understanding. Every member of staff went the extra mile to help him.
It was a fantastic weekend to relax and enjoy the hotel and the area with several great meals, good wine and fantastic breakfasts.
It all made my dad so happy and created great memories for us all. I highly recommend and just want to say thank you. "

"Very comfortable cottage with all the necessary amenities. Good location for exploring. You can hike to the coast path without using the car. Rachel, who helps out the hosts at the property was great...very friendly and attentive. "
