Villa located in the secured residence of "Les portes du soleil" just 400m from the sea, 2 communal swimming pools and entertainment for the children (from june to septembre - access extra to pay). This is a beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms, one with balcony, there is a bathroom with toilet upstairs and downstairs a spacious living room with well fitted kitchen, shower room and toilet. Outside there is a fenced terrace with a porch-roof and one parking place in front of the garage (access).Equipment: washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, vacuum cleaner, television CLEANING FEE INCLUDED -
UPSTAIRS:Bedroom 1- bed 140 /Bedroom 2: bunk beds 90 /Bedroom 3: 1x140 + 1x90
4 Airco conditioning : 1 living room - 3 in each bedroom upstairs

Supplement to pay for access to the communal swimming pools and entertainment for the children.(please contact the agency)

RENTAL FROM SATURDAYS TO SATURDAYS

This residence is ideal for family holidays, plenty of entertainment for the children and large communal pool. Very close to restaurants and shops, a great advantage in the evening with a family. This area is really very beautiful with much to offer.
