Loved our stay!

Had a great stay. We were there for my graduation with 8 of our family attending. The hot tub, ping pong and pool tables were a hit.

Great spot for a large family

We had a great time visiting our family and friends and the home was clean and accommodating to a large group. Everyone had space and the game room was a big hit. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again next time.

Great location ti airport and downtown Portland

We were attending a nieces wedding in downtown Portland. The locations was easy access to the freeways. The home is very comfortable and roomy. We would definitely stay here again if we need a home in this area.

Coaches Weekend

Ten of us stayed here for a football clinic near the airport. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of spaces to meet and discuss and great areas to unwind and relax. Super communicative and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Good location and room for a large family

We enjoyed our stay. 4 adults and 2 children easily fit in this large home. We found it last minute after our other reservation cancelled on us, so we were grateful to have stayed here instead. We cooked, bbq’d, enjoyed the game room, and found the beds comfortable.

Great place to stay! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and how everything was just 15 minutes away. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Definitely will recommend to friends and family in the future.

Family Vacation

The home was great. We enjoyed the game room and having two family rooms to be at. It was nice to be so close to the nearby park with a beautiful walk along the river.

Tennis tournament stay

The house worked out perfectly for our tennis team. We had seven staying for 5 nights and the house was well laid out and spacious. The hot tub was great for our sore muscles and the location close to tournament venues.

Lovely Family Home

This home accommodated our family and friend stay perfectly we had plenty of room with areas for privacy if needed. The Game room in tne garage was an added bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and in a nice location. There is dome freeway noise but itbis tolerable.

A Beautiful Home for all Age Groups

The home and decor is beautiful. My grandchildren loved the game room. Nice kitchen, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax with plenty of bed and bathrooms. Good communication with host. Easy to reach and prompt answers.

Vancouver Stay

Overall, the property had everything we needed. It was a really hot weeekend and we could have used more fans in the house since many homes in the Pacific Northwest do not have air conditioning installed in their homes, but other than that the property was decorated nicely, lots of activities for the kids and more than enough room for all the things.

Nana’s Annual Girls Weekend

What a great place! Large beautiful home with plenty of room for our large group. Great location with easy access into Portland. Little road noise but didn’t bother us. Plenty of room for parking. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the hot tub was a big hit as well! We did have a bit of an issue with some of the cleaning, however we notified itrips northwest team and they resolved the issue. We will definitely book through them again.

Great getaway

The location of this home was perfect! We were in town for a graduation, we had I a lot of errands and running around to do, and the house was located right off the highway and within 15 minutes from every destination we needed to get to. If you’re visiting Portland you know you might encounter rainy days, this house was perfect for relaxing and having fun with the family. Lots of room for everybody to have their own privacy.

Lovely stay in Vancouver, WA

My three girlfriends and I stayed at this property over the weekend and had an amazing time. The rooms space is well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable (which is not easy to find). We did find that the kitchen could use some additional items such as spatula, serving platters and maybe an extra cutting board. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great location for our stay to Vancouver/Portland area. The home was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family of 7 our dog! We loved the fireplace and the kitchen had a lot of utensils to cook at home as well. Our only critique would be the home supplies given to us. We were booked for 8 days/7 nights and were given 4 dishwasher tablets, 5 laundry tablets, 1 small paper towel roll, and only 2 spare toilet paper rolls. Any additional request for more of these cleaning supplies was denied and we were expected to supplies these ourselves (as only "initial supplies will be given"). Of the listings posted in the area this home was on the more premium end and I would expect a place advertising as more expensive to not be so cheap about cleaning supplies.

Outstanding Experience

The home exceeded our expectations. We were able to house seven of our family for a wedding. The house was clean and spacious. It was very tidy. Bonus: lots of towels, laundry & dishwasher soap, a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, including bunk beds for the kids, a comfortable outdoor sitting area, in a convenient part of town and many more extras. The memories you help create will last a lifetime! Thank you?

Overall quite satisfied

This property perfectly fit our family’s needs with a lot of space, many sleeping rooms, a large dining area and two living areas for quiet sitting spaces. When we arrived there was no iron, only 1 kitchen towel, and the dishwasher was broken and had food in the bottom of it. However, the property managers were quick to remedy the issues even giving us the choice of when they would fix the dishwasher (we opted for after our departure). The water temperature was extremely hot, so be careful. Our biggest concern was noticed as we were leaving when we stripped the beds and noted there were no pillowcase protectors and only one of the mattresses had a washable protector. However, knowing how the property owners/managers dealt with the other issues I have confidence they will remedy that for future guests. (Also, the road noise did not bother us at all, but ear plugs were provided if we needed them.)

Very Nice Property

A very clean and spacious house for a large family gathering with lots of kids. They enjoyed running and playing and the game room was a nice addition. Fast responses to my questions via text messaging. Easy booking. Only downside is the location to the freeway. I couldn't open my bedroom window at night to let fresh air in due to the loud traffic noise. Property management does provide ear plugs in every room. We didn't use them because we needed to be able to hear with the small children who sometimes don't sleep well at night and call out. So that didn't work for us. I'd recommend the property if you don't mind the traffic noise and wearing ear plugs to sleep.

Worked okay for large group of adults, would not return

The property had lots of rooms that accommodated couples (5 with full or queen beds), which was perfect for our gathering of adults for a memorial service, but four of those bedrooms (for up to 9 people) had to share one small bathroom, and there was a towel rack that could hold one towel - the rest had to be draped on furniture or hung on hangers - and two of the rooms had no closet or rod for hangers. We had to sweep the floors, and a coffee table was broken, but there were plenty of dishes, the cookware was good (not enough cooking utensils, and a 4 cup coffeemaker is not big enough). Beds were comfortable and the common areas allowed for good seating for conversation. Lots of freeway noise created issues for some sleepers, and made the very small yard a place you did not want to hang out. Plenty of parking, easy check in and check out.

Great family rental
