「Everything was excellent! All of the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and attentive. We used the bar, restaurant, reception, and spa. We stayed in two rooms both were very nice rooms and very clean and comfortable. The bar was very cosy with a fabulous log fire and the service was excellent. The food was very good in the bar and the restaurant. The pool and facilities were very clean and warm. All in all a wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend and return. 」

「Lovely old inn within minutes' walk of the town pubs and eateries. Be aware though, the shortest route is via the steep steps aptly called 'Jacob's ladder' across the road. Hotel staff were very friendly, incredibly friendly towards the dogs making it the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Will stay again.」

It was convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit. Dinner, optional extra, is available and very good quality. We would like to visit again. 」

「I had a fantastic couple of days in Falmouth staying at Membly Hall Hotel whilst settling my daughter into the local university. My room was spacious and immaculate, the staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the included breakfast ranged from continental style to full English. I sat in the sea facing sun room for a few hours and enjoyed a sandwich platter from the bar menu. Happy to recommend this hotel for solo travel, as it was really comfortable and friendly.」

「Our room has the best view looking out to the beautiful Gyllngvase Beach and it is just around 8 mins walk to it. Nice breakfast and staff, room is clean and have everything you need. Town centre is also within walking distance.」

「Communal areas in the hotel were stylish, comfortable and immaculately kept. Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. Breakfast was lovely, great choice, local produce and all freshly prepared. We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept.
