We booked the 'budget' room, which had a comfortable, full-sized bed as well as small bathroom facilities, but we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing, as well as the coffee, tea, and cookies that were available all day long. The Waterfront Guest House is conveniently located within walking distance of many nice shops, pubs, and restaurants, as well as directly accross from the water, which is lovely."

Breakfast was better than expected and the wait staff were friendly. Don’t expect an elevator and you will not be disappointed. One side note, the hotel is accessible from the mainland by a ferry service or from a bridge at Portmagee. If you plan to take the ferry, be mindful of their hours or you will be taking a 25 minute drive around to the Portmagee bridge."
