Plaza são Rafael used to be a high standard hotel in Porto Alegre. It is sad and disappointing to see that the rooms are very outdated. AC doesn't work well, WiFi is very spotty, tv is not smart, it is very small and has terrible reception of the few channels available. It seems the cleaning standards are lacking I was in a non smoking room but there was a cigarette butt sitting on the window during my whole stay. Elevators are noisy and old and the breakfast is good but not near impressive as it used to be. I had a capeletti soup from the restaurant and it was tottaly bland.

Hotel antigo, mas muito bem conservado. É como uma viagem ao passado. Piscina muito boa. Café da manhã bom, com opções sem glúten e lactose.

Para hotel que que disseram ser o top de Poa foi muito ruim, pra começar atendimento ruim, pareciam não gostar de atender, como levei doações precisava deixar uma parte ali embaixo sendo que eu iria retirar logo em seguida mas disseram que não podia, porém no site diz guarda de bagagem, tive eu mesma que colocar no carrinho, subir com todo apele peso sozinha e levar pro quarto e depois de 30 min descer com as mesmas coisas, sem nenhum bom senso de ajudarem, mesmo que no site diz guarda bagagem, café da manhã sem muitas opções, opções variadas só de pães mesmo, o ar condicionado não esquenta, quando perguntei falaram q era por causa do lado do quarto q eu estava e aí ela é só temperatura ambiente, ou seja, o quarto não fica quente, e estava dias frios, nao deva pra dormir só de pijama e o hedredom tive q usar mais cobertor e ao sair do banho quarto frio, academia com horário limitado e com aparelhos todos enferrujados, quando pedi um energético no restaurante o atendente me sabia se tinha e pediu a outra q teve q ir não sei aonde buscar e demoraram pra isso, sendo q eu estava com pressa, quando pedi pra colocarem na conta do quarto a surpresa, pediram se eu TINHA AUTORIZAÇÃO, como assim ???? Era só eu hospedada e legaram que o restaurante era terceirizado e o pagamento no ato, sem contar q eu tive q pagar tudo no chek in e não no chek out. tudo tinha q ser pago antecipadamente, e não davam nem bom dia, nem boa noite

Frustrante. Na chegada não fui auxiliado com as bagagens, não são nada acolhedores. Instalações antigas, cheiro de mofo no armário e ainda tive que pagar o estacionamento. Realmente esperava muito mais do plaza.

Já fiquei outras vezes no Plaza. A localização é boa, e o serviço é excelente. O hotel precisa de mais manutenção e de uma renovação. O estacionamento, terceirizado, é caro A piscina é, para mim, o principal atrativo

É um hotel muito tradicional na capital gaúcha. É bem conservado e limpo, entretanto os quartos apresentam mobiliário antigo. A cama era confortável e as instalações eram bem limpas. O café da manhã era bom com opções zero glútem e lactose. Os funcionários são atenciosos e o hotel é bem localizado. Muitas famílias estavam hospedadas no fds em q estive.

Acredito que já teve tempos mais gloriosos...

Destaque mesmo, somente para a cordialidade dos funcionários e para a limpeza e silêncio dos quartos. Café da manhã bem simples, igual ao de hoteis de metade do preço. Um dos motivos pelo qual nos hospedamos ali foi a piscina na cobertura. Nossa estadia era de quinta à domingo. Na quinta perguntamos da piscina, falaram que estava em "manutenção" (troca da água, estaria enchendo) e voltaria a funcionar sexta de manhã. Sexta de manhã perguntamos novamente e falaram que funcionaria sexta final do dia. Durante o dia, vimos no elevador que só funcionaria no sábado. Sábado enfim fomos na piscina, a decepção. Agua fria (não era pra ser aquecida?) e piscina suja, cheia de cabelos, fio dental de passar nos dentes, etc, aparentando não ter havido troca nenhuma da água e sim que a administração do hotel não queria gastar aquecendo a piscina pois o hotel estava meio vazio. Por fim, não valeu o custo benefício pois entre hotel e estacionamento custou 400 reais por dia, sendo que por menos de 200 já me hospedei em hoteis com conforto equivalente em Porto Alegre.
