「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Excellent stay and wonderful staff We had a great stay at Hotel Valdiola. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We received a baby cot free of charge for our daughter, and there were no extra costs for her during our stay. A special thank you to Renato at reception, who kindly prepared warm water every evening for our baby's bottle. We also want to compliment the housekeeping team – the room was cleaned perfectly every day. The hotel is not the newest, but it is very well maintained...

「Start off with the good; The hotel restaurant was delicious and was high quality food with very friendly staff, they went out of their way to make my wife and 3 year old son comfortable. Ricardo, Mattao, and Simone and Great at Front desk all amazing and very nice. The Bad; for a 5 star luxury resort you cant have a villa with 3 bedrooms and only 1 bedroom had hot water. Cristina in the front was not the friendliest and did not make us feel very welcome in my opinion.」
