「Chambre propre avec jolie déco, balcon donnant sur un jardin. Hôtel proche de la plage à pied. Les chambres manquent un peu d'isolation si les voisins sont bruyants. Juste dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas rechargé une fois un aliment terminé alors qu'il reste encore du temps avant la fin du petit déjeuner. 」

「It is not worth for the price you pay. With the exception of one staff member, the rest were rude to us. For many, they could not communicate well in english (which is fine, not everyone needs to be fluent) but when you are the only person to help and are meant to be having sensitive converstations you need someone to be able to communicate it well. 」

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus 3 mal täglich direkt mit dem Bus erreichbar, so das man nicht zwangsläufig ein Auto benötigt. 」

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

Highlight of our stay was everyone on the hotel staff who greeted us warmly upon arrival and were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout. They also generously gave us a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. The pool, fitness center, and breakfast area were amenities we enjoyed. Our room was spacious and clean and comfortable. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for the memorable stay. 」

「I absolutely loved our stay. The photos do not serve the beauty and outstanding decorations of this apartment. The bed was the most comfortable of any stay in Italy over the past 3 visits! I will always come back to Le suites at porto cervo! The hostess Stefano was absolutely amazing and I can not thank him enough for all his help. The area is phenomenal and one of the best restaurants and beaches around a outstanding apartment with in walking distance of the quaint town with Luxury...
