Villetta La Pineta 1 is a lovely holiday, simple and essential, to spend a holiday by the sea of Porto Cesareo. Villetta La Pineta 1 is surrounded by a large space with a garden and a pine forest where you can spend lovely hours of relaxation and peace, so you can recharge your batteries after your stay at the beach. There`s also an external shower and an external parking space. The holiday home is simple and essential and consists of an entrance/living room with a table and chairs plus a single bed. From here you enter the well-equipped kitchen and the hallway that leads t to the sleeping area which is divided into 1 double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk bed plus a bathroom with shower.

Villetta La Pineta 1 is located in the area of La Strea,a penisola with bay on the beach with a high natural and scenic value, just 350 meters from the holiday home. the center of Porto Cesareo is located just 2,5 kilometers away while Sant`Isidoro, the seaside of Nardo is just 3 kilometers far. There are also pizzerias and friggitorias near by.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 43 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
