The Po Delta is a land still in good beautiful part unknown, to go slowly, discovering the sweetness of the landscape, the thrill of the pontoon bridges, the vast horizons, the activities in the valleys, in lagoons and gardens, up to the charm the mouth and benches extremes, sandy strips in continuity with the sea.
The accommodation "The Little Tree" is located at the center of a small fishing village, on the first floor of a house turn, has a separate entrance from the courtyard of the property and is for the exclusive use of our guests.
At "The Little Tree" you will find a cozy accommodation with open space (kitchen + living room) with a balcony, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning in every room is autonomous.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der check in war einfach. Wir wurden mit Kuchen und verschiedenen Vorräten im Kühlschrank empfangen. Das Auto steht sonnengeschützt im Carport. Auch im Bad war an alles gedacht, sogar Zahnbürsten. Der Strand ist 5km entfernt, es gibt Fahrräder und die Liegen und der Sonnenschirm war für uns kostenlos. Ein idealer Ort für Ausflüge ins Podelta und zum Entspannen. Besser gehts nicht.

This must be the loveliest place we've ever stayed in. The apartment was immaculate, bright, modern and beautifully appointed. Egle is the kindest and most thoughtful host - she gives so much thought and obviously puts a lot of time & effort into this. The Po Delta is off the beaten path from the typical italian holiday and is all the more enjoyable for it. A wonderful holiday in a wonderful place :)

Great place on the Po Delta!

The apartment was lovely, decorated with care and had everything you could want! The thoughtfulness of amenities showed throughout. We have stayed at many VRBO’s, but this was the nicest of all! We would love to return. Bicycling along the river was a lot of fun. The beach was a wonderful sandy beach!

Natur und Ruhe im Nationalpark

Wer sich abseits der großen Touristenströme erholen will, ist in Scardovari im Il Piccolo Albero bestens aufgehoben. Begrüßung mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen, Alles picobello und bestens vorbereitet incl. Fahrräder und Coupons für Sonnenschirm und Strandliegen am Strand von Barricata ( 5km ). Im Ort sind alle unheimlich freundlich, es gibt Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt und mehrere Cafés und Pizzerias. Nur eine Gelateria fehlt zum absoluten Glück. Es ist genügend Karten-und Infomaterial für Radtouren oder Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung des Nationalparks im Appartement vorhanden.

tolles Apartment, interessante Umgebung, liebevolle Gastfreundschaft

Wir haben unseren viertägigen Aufenthalt im "kleinen Baum" sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist super gut und neuwertig ausgestattet, blitzsauber und für 2 Personen wirklich groß. Wir wurden mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen empfangen, Kaffee. Milch und alles fürs erste Frühstück standen bereit. Die Klimaanlagen und die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern sorgten für erholsamen Schlaf. Das viele Infomaterial inspirierte uns zu mehreren Ausflügen, durch die wir dieses Stück unbekanntes Italien gut kennenlernen konnten: ein Boostrip durchs Delta (Achtung: bei der Buchung darauf achten, dass auch bei der Tour auch in Englisch erklärt wird), ein Besuch im Museum , in Chioggia, Rundfahrt durch die Reisfelder, ... Ein Schirm und 2 Liegen am Strand von Barricata sind im Preis inkludiert, der Strand ist sehr familiär und geht in einen wilden Teil über. Die Strandbar Olimpio ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr gutes Essen (Muscheln, Meeresfrüchte, ...)

This was one of the best apartments we have ever been to: the facilities (kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, coffee machine) were excellent. Moreover, we could also rent bikes for free - this was quite useful to go to the beach (5km) or for day tours in the Delta area. (We just hope the bikes make it through the summer: from the 4 quite new bikes one already needed some repair - it seems that one previous guest did not handle it with much care...). Scardovari is a quiet village with a small supermarket, a few cafes and restaurants (the pizzas from the take-away on main street were quite good). During our stay the fishermen organized an annual fair to honor Peter and Paul which was great fun to join. We would also recommend to go on a boat tour on the river (in almost every village a fisherman or two will offer such tours, you could also ask the host for recommendations).
