Herrliche Woche in Santa Giulia

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren überrascht, WIE nah es wirklich zu den traumhaften Buchten ist. Ruhig in einem schönen grünen Park gelegen, haben wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 1 Hund) uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Übergabe erfolgte so gut wie kontaktlos. Wir hatten keine Übergabe mit Katia, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Es war alles vorhanden, um tolle Ferien zu verbringen. Nur Fliegengitter gegen die Mücken wären noch eine perfekte Ergänzung in der Unterkunft. Bitte in der Beschreibung löschen, dass WLAN vorhanden ist. Der Empfang mit den eigenen mobilen Daten war aber sehr gut.

La villa est située à proximité directe de la superbe plage de santa giulia, elle est pratique, bien équipée et dotée d'une terrasse bien aménagée. A refaire sans aucun doute !

Viele Angaben haben nicht gestimmt

Es gab kein WLAN. Der Parkplatz war nur sporadisch zu nutzen, da dieser von jedem genutzt wurde. Die Parkplatz-Situation ist grauenhaft. Hauptproblem war, dass der Parkplatz nicht gegen Fremdnutzung gesichert werden konnte., Jeden Tag mussten wir schauen, wo man parken kann. Es gab zwar einen Außenpool, aber kostenpflichtig für 20€ pro Tag und Person. Die Anzeige am Backofen ist defekt, so dass man die Einstellungen nicht sehen konnte. Vermieter ist auf Reklamationen nicht eingegangen. Aber wie immer gilt, die Lager des Objekts bestimmt den Preis. Schön wäre es, wenn dann auch der Service und die Angaben stimmen würden. Sehr ärgerlich alles. Die Ameisenfallen haben dem Ganzen dann noch mehr das Gefühl von Camping vermittelt. Das ist meine erste schlechte Bewertung. Am ärgerlichsten ist, dass man für das gesamte Objekt mit den gemachten Ausstattungsmerkmalen den Preis bezahlt. Wenn man bei Ankunft aber schon nicht weiß, wo man parken soll, ist das absolut indiskutabel.

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante dans cette mini villa parfaitement équipée. La superbe plage de Santa Giulia est à 2 MN à pied. De bons restaurants juste au dessus de la plage,. Et l'accueil extrêmement aimable et arrangeant de Katia qui a tout fait pour nous faciliter le séjour. Merci encore. Nous recommandons cet endroit

Super maison, bien placée

La maison est parfaite. Situation idéale (4 minutes de la plage et pas de dénivelé). Plage idyllique. Une place de parking réservée pour la maison. Tous loisirs d'eau à proximité. Et plusieurs resto de bord de plage très agréables. 15 minutes de Porto-Vecchio en voiture. La personne qui s'occupe de l'état des lieux et de la remise des clés est très gentille et arrangeante. Bref, rien à redire !

PETITE MAISON SUPER AGREABLE TRES PROCHE PLAGE SANTA GIULIA

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Jean-François. Jean-François a été très agréable lors de nos échanges et l'accueil par Katie a été également très agréable. La maisonnette est propre et très fonctionnelle (très bien équipée) et l'environnement est très calme. Le plus de cette maisonnette est l'extérieur : les terrasses sont très belles et très agréables. L'autre point plus que positif est l'emplacement : on est vraiment à 3 minutes à pied de la plage de Santa Giulia ; nous y allions avec notre fille de 4 ans plusieurs fois par jour ce qui était super. A recommander sans réfléchir !

15 jours magnifiques

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans Villa Rebecca de Monsieur Francois. Villa a deux minutes à pieds de la plage de Santa Giulia dans un parc tranquille et sans vis-à-vis. Très bien organisé et équipé l’intérieur et une terrasse magnifique et très bien meublée. J’ai laissé le cœur. J’espère à bientôt d’y retourner.

Une semaine au top!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la mini villa de Mr François. Idéalement située (à quelques mètres de la super plage de Santa Giulia) et aménagée, tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. La terrasse est très agréable et très bien exposée, la douche à l'extérieur très pratique pour enlever le sable au retour de la plage où nous sommes allés tous les jours ;-) En résumé de superbes vacances, nous reviendrons c'est sûr!

Rien à modifier concernant le descriptif du logement, propre, bien équipé, superbe terrasse, la proximité de la plage (deux superbes : bains quotidiens en octobre 22/23° ), environnement très calme en octobre, épicerie ouverte le matin à proximité. Situation idéale proche de Bonifacio et Porto-vecchio, bref nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement.

Des vacances de rêve !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison très pratique et très bien entretenue. Le secteur est très calme. La terrasse au milieu des rochers est splendide ! Un petit paradis

Deux semaines de rêve dans cette petite villa très bien équipée. La terrasse et le salon de jardin sont très agréables. Idéalement située à moins de 100 mètres des plages, que du bonheur. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir et rêvons déjà à notre futur séjour chez vous à Santa Giulia. Merci Monsieur François. Ne changez rien. C'est est tout simplement magnifique. Bravo.
