Perfect for a couple. Excellent location with plenty of things within walking distance. Our weather wasn't great so being able to sit on the covered porch was a nice addition. The owner was accommodating with early check in and easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

We had a great vacation staying here while at Hampton. The home was very clean. It was convenient to have all linens provided. Rebecca was also very responsive to any questions. Her responses were kind and helpful which made the whole process easy. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had 3 adults staying here and it was perfect for our 2 night stay in Hampton! The place was clean and on a dead end street. The purpose of our visit was not a beach trip, but it’s close enough to walk to the beach, which we did as a leisurely activity on our first night. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops all within a short walk.

A Little Cottage With Big Comfort

We just returned from a lovely stay at this cozy beach cottage in Hampton Beach, and I must say—it was a wonderful home base for our family trip. I traveled with my husband, son, and mother-in-law, and the space was just right for our group. Though compact, it was easy to move around in, and we never felt cramped.The cottage was immaculate when we arrived—so clean it felt like we were the first guests to stay there! The updated flooring added a sleek, modern touch, and the location truly can’t be beat. We were just a short walk from the coastline, and the entire area was highly walkable. As a bonus, there’s a great little bar and pizzeria right at the end of the street—perfect for an easy bite or nightcap.The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and provided detailed instructions for everything from linens and dishes to trash disposal, which made our stay seamless.The only minor hiccup was the pull-out sofa. We couldn’t quite figure out how to open it, but my son was still comfortable on the other couch, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us at all.Overall, a great stay in a charming beachside spot—we’d absolutely come back again!The beach house was immaculate upon arrival.

In town for a show at Wally's and the location was perfect! Cutest little cottage!! Parking is tricky but we fit without issue. Would be best for a couple or a family with 1-2 young children. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! Cottage actually was BETTER than photos with updates that were made over the winter!

Adorable cottage

Super clean-quiet and the best Adirondack chairs for sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.The beds were super comfortable and it was absolutely amazing. Looking forward to coming back again- highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The property is very clean and nice. It had all the essentials and the proximity to the beach and everything couldn't be better!

Cute place

The cottage was very cute and in a great location. A few of the positives were the towels and toiletries from the host. I only had two cons; the parking was extremely inconvenient. The tenant behind was driving huge pick up trucks and trying to be mindful of one another was a little annoying. Also there were tiny ants that formed from the kitchen and then slowly infested the place. We had bought groceries from Walmart on our first night to the kitchen counters covered in ants when we woke up. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Just as described

Cute little cottage within walking distance of everything we wanted to do while in Hampton Beach. Cottage was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Rebecca was very prompt with communication and helped us out when we arrived alittle earlier than expected.

Exactly what I needed

The perfectly sized and located place for me to have a much needed solo weekend away. Walking distance to everything on the main strip, I only had to use my car when I decided to take a trip up to North Beach/North Hampton. Would definitely come back again.

Horrible experience!

This home is not suitable for winter. The pipes were frozen when we arrived and it took hours to reach the owners. We spent one night without running water and then requested a full refund. We had to scramble to find a new place for a family of 5 and a dog. It might be a better experience in the summer, but it’s unethical to charge people money for a cottage with exposed pipes on the beach in December in NH.
