POST FALLS LOCATION
Riverview Harbor House is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Post Falls, Idaho – only 6 miles to Coeur d’Alene, 23 miles to Silverwood Theme Park and near the best outdoor adventures of North Idaho.

Our home is situated along the Spokane River with direct boating access to Lake Coeur d’Alene for shopping, dining and entertainment in town. We are down the street from a grass park with a gazebo and two miles to Kiwanis Park which has picnic areas with grills, a playground, swimming beach and trails across 40 acres. Two golf courses are each 4 miles away: The Highlands Golf Course and Coeur d’Alene Golf Club.

Hidden gems of Post Falls include water sports on the Spokane River, more than 100 rock-climbing routes, the riverfront Black Bay Park which sprawls across 56 acres, the Post Falls Community Forest with hiking and mountain biking trails, and the 22-acre Falls Park with a fishing pond and awe-inspiring views of the Post Falls dam, falls and gorge.

RIVERFRONT YARD
Our yard gives you instant access to one of the most scenic river bends in the region. A giant deck sprawls among towering pines, looking out to the Spokane River and wooded hills beyond. Dine al fresco, relax on chaise loungers and share stories around our fire pit as stars shimmer above.

A staircase takes you down to the yard, which graces the river and gives way to our wooden dock where you can swim, fish and access your boat for water fun.

LIVING & FAMILY ROOMS
Alas, the inside of our home lives up to all the beauty outside.

Walking through the door, you may first be drawn to the wall of windows straight ahead that overlooks the river (us too!). Our open floor plan is spacious and inviting, starting with the living room which has a blue velvet sofa, plush armchairs and poufs for your feet. A glass cabinet with objets d’art and a pendant light round out the elegant vibe here.

Steps away, connect with loved ones in our family room which is modern and warm at once. Gather on the oversized sofa or mid-century armchairs awash in woodsy green – all arranged around a teak root coffee table. Whether the big game or a favorite movie, settle in for a wonderful night here.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Our gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with luxury accents everywhere you look. Delight in exotic natural stone counters and backsplash, stunning Bosch appliances, a Thermador built-in microwave and a wine and beer fridge. Natural jute pendant lights cast a warm glow over the island, our favorite spot for breakfast and nightcaps. And while cooking meals is a treat here, we also stock extras to make you feel more at home: olive oil, spices, a welcome snack basket, pizza stone, waffle maker, pancake mix and a coffee & tea bar.

A cozy fireplace along the window wall sets the mood for our dining area. Come together for beautiful meals around our large wooden table that is joined by a bench and Scandinavian-inspired chairs. This is also the place to play board games until the wee hours (Coeur d’Alene Monopoly, check!).

2 BEDROOMS & 2 SUITES
When retreating to our bedrooms and suites, you may just forget you’re not at a boutique hotel. Two rooms overlook the river and open to the deck while all enjoy these great comforts: beds with wooden, upholstered or iron-meets-leather headboards, luxury mattresses, toss pillows and bedside tables with lamps. Wood floors are cozied up with area rugs while sunlight filters in through an abundance of windows.

3 BATHROOMS
Intimate but mighty, our bathrooms display the same care and quality as the rest of our home. Lovely touches abound, from double vanities and matte black fixtures to patterned tile and wallpaper. The primary bath evokes a high-end spa with heated floors and a self-care area with a river rock floor, slate stone wall, rainfall shower and separate soaking tub. You may equally love these amenities we have on hand for you: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion, makeup washcloths and cotton balls, pads and swabs.

Guests will enjoy seamless access to our home via a keyless entry door lock system, providing both convenience and security throughout their stay. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code via message or email, which will be activated 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival time.

With this keyless entry system, guests can arrive at their leisure without the need to coordinate key exchanges or worry about misplaced keys. Simply enter the provided code into the keypad, and you're all set to begin your stay in our comfortable abode.

PARKING & BOAT LAUNCH
Our driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Due to a neighborhood ordinance, boat trailers and RVs are not allowed to park on our network of residential streets or in our driveway. You can, however, launch your boat from the nearby Hagadone Marine Group and leave your boat trailer there for $18 per day. Additional nearby marinas include Templin’s Marina and Tobler Marina in Post Falls. Please reach out with any questions – we’re happy to help.
