"We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3. "There were multiple issues with the house: entrance code did not work & we had to call our contact at 10 pm when we arrived, & it was never updated during our stay. The stationary entrance door does not lock properly. Many electrical outlets in the home were not functional, the water control valve in the downstairs shower would not work so we could not use that shower. The AC air filter was filthy and oven cleaner had been sprayed in the oven but never wiped out & cleaned. Overall, this...

"Cockroaches in the sink, washing machine half full of water not able to drain, tried to shave and water wouldn’t drain, pool sticks had no tips, and sketchy neighborhood. We had out of town guests staying in Lubbock for first time to attend a wedding. Was embarrassed, the only positive was it was convenient to the wedding venue."
