The pool looked good but we did not have time to use it in our 4 days stay since we booked activities and we visited the City. Service is very slow, especially drinks orders and the restaurant near the sea. Waited over an hour for food at both lunch and dinner in the restaurant ( lunch was only 1 course of a pizza….) "Had a wonderful week at Kontokali hotel. The property, the beaches, and room was top quality. I special mention to the staff working there - always friendly, helpful, and smiling. It makes a difference. The only downside was once you left the property. Walking from the gates to local restaurants didnt feel safe with limited curbs and the smell of the ditches full of plastic bottles and stagnet. But this is the only negative to a wonderful week away at Kontokali."
