"Let me start with the only negative: the breakfast was cold. The boiled or fried eggs and sausages were cold (you would expect warm but no, cold) . "We enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. It is located directly across from the Esterhazy Palace, so it's convenient if you are visiting this beautiful spot. The full breakfast was delicious, with all the options one could wish for. It would be nice if the restaurant offered more vegetarian dishes on their dinner menu. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean with good amenities. "

"Plaza inn hotel is a very beautiful hotel, extremely clean just a little dust here and there however it is a very well kept hotel! We stopped off here on our drive back to London from Türkiye, we arrived 5hrs later than expected due to the traffic at all borders we arrived to the hotel at 3:30am; we couldn’t find the hotel very quickly in the dark as Google maps didn’t direct us right outside but told us we had reached our destination and the ‘NOVA’ building just in front of the Plaza Inn hotel however when we did find it check-in was soo smooth and quick and the beds were super comfortable, we had a really good nights sleep!! We booked breakfast but overslept so didn’t manage to eat it but as we hadn’t paid for the breakfast and didn’t eat it the receptionist very kindly took it off the bill. Thank you Plaza Inn!! "

The interior design is fantastic. It really changes your mood when you walk in. The room’s furniture is a mix of old and modern pieces but the beds are comfortable. I’m not sure if “dated” or “antique” is the right word to use. the bathroom was large, airy and better than many 5-star hotels. The staff were lovely, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and responsive. If you’re driving, I recommend using their secure car park (just talk to the reception staff). There are nice cafes and a Tesco nearby. The city center is lovely, and the hotel is right in the heart of it. It’s a great location to explore the city. "

"This building is in an industrial section. The air conditioning in the little box room was not working and even though it was promised to be fixed before evenibg it was not. There are steel shutters to keep it safe and the light out but meant there is no airflow with thw window open. The door was super heavy and secure. There is no reception, no food nearby and the beds were super soft with poor foam on top to try and rescue them. We stayed one night and found a new hotel for our next night, with no refund for the unused night. Find somewhere else!"
