Hotel was beautifully decorated, to elevators which were always empty. Incredibly helpful staff. One of the most quiet hotels I've ever stayed in in New York & beds were comfortable.
That said, hot water on higher floors takes a bit of time to load, had to have one cold shower in 6 days but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again without a doubt.
