"Rooms are not clean"

"Checked into a non-smoking room, and the moment I walk in it smells like smoke in the air, pillows, sheets, etc. Staff was nice and friendly which was great. Said it was a queen bed but looked and felt like a full. Fridge was very big and spacious and having a microwave was a nice addition, I will admit. No sound proofing in the walls so you can hear people above you (if on bottom floor) using running water, showering, or going up and down the stairs. Woke me up a few times in the night. TV was cable channels only, so no streaming services or the ability to cast your device onto the TV. Carpets and window shades were dirty and look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The photos from the booking are very misleading. It seemed as though those photos were first taken when this was freshly built, but now it’s been a couple years and it doesn’t seem like much has been updated or cleaned. Didn’t have breakfast, but seemed nice enough from what I saw when I checked in. Overall, would I stay here again? Probably not. "

"This property has plenty of space. The bathrooms are newly refurbished. The thermostat works well. Many necessities were supplied, such as laundry supplies and so on. The beds were comfortable. I would like more adult furniture in the family room to watch TV (the furniture is very low) but it's fine for kids. My grandchildren enjoyed the toys and puzzles. The yard is very pleasant."

"We had a lovely stay at this house. Nearby a cute park the kids loved walking to in the morning before we hit the beach, Sea World, and all the fun the San Diego area enjoys! The house has a nice sitting area out front, fun snacks for an easy arrival before we hit the store, and just overall peaceful vibe. Highly recommend for a young family. Nice, practical layout, and near shops and restaurants. No issues checking in or accessing home."

"Our daughter and two grandsons live in Poway and we were very happy to find such a cozy home nearby to spend time with them and meet our two month old grandson for the first time. The house is located in a very family feeling neighborhood which was ideal for us. We had lovely weather and enjoyed the privacy of the back yard with both shady and sunny patio area facing west to enjoy sunsets. Trader Joe's was close by for groceries and the house kitchen is well equipped and much enjoyed by us. We did have a couple maintenance issues that we reported, and the owner was quick to respond and resolve for us. We had a lovely time!"
