"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. I truly appreciated the level of service and would not hesitate to return in the future."

"Trying to park at the hotel was challenging, however once we found the parking garage across the street we were good. We had an amazing view on the 63rd floor. My only complaint was the shower smelled like mildew and the lack of hooks for towels to hang... Staff was great"

"The Hilton was horrible! There was trash under the desk when we first arrived in our room. Piles of dirty sheets and broken glass in the hallways that was never cleaned up over 3 days/2 nights. Very loud hallways and no one would do anything about it. It took waiting for 10 elevators before there was room. Staff was obviously overwhelmed and unable to handle anything!"

"The only reason I gave them a 3 star is because they don’t have refrigerator in the room. Plus the ice machine wasn’t working on my floor."

"Breakfast is ala carte and tasty. Inviting atmosphere in the dining and lounge area . Very comfy beds and a spacious suite with thoughtful decor. Airport shuttle available and a large parking lot at this convenient location 5 minutes from the airport. "

"Elevator was broken , only one functioning. Room clean great location to midtown"
