飯店地點鄰近電車站且提供免費停車位是一大優勢，且一樓就有優秀的義大利餐廳，價格也算實惠且好吃，唯一的缺點是住宿內部空間略顯狹小，且廁所大小也不算友善，但整體而言體驗還是有中上水準。

Hotel was not as advertised
Hotel was lovely . Breakfast was nice . Most of the staff were friendly enough , asked a waiting staff for a spoon so I could get some scrambled eggs , which her reply was “yes that’s scrambled eggs “ , had to ask her a few times before she went and got one . Also booked this hotel as a Spa and Steam Room was advertised . My husband asked someone at the reception desk where it was to be told that that hotel didn’t have one and it was at another hotel which was about 5 minutes walk away. When my husband looked up the hotel it was permanently closed . Getting into the centre was good as there is a really good Tram service which stops outside the hotel .

Ein Hotel in eine sichere und ruhige Ecke von Prag. Umgebung trotz der Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum nicht schlecht (Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Apotheke, alles in der nähe) Schönes Park direkt gegenüber. Personal ist nett.

Concernant l'hôtel c'est correcte en terme de qualité prix petit déjeuner parfait mais il faut faire attention au niveau du restaurant si vous voulez boire un verre surtout du vin, ils ne servent que 2 vins au verre et pourtant ils vous servent un vin qui n'est pas au verre et ils en profitent sur la facture...ce n'est pas très honnête

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich sehr angenehm. Das Hotel ist von der Prager Innenstadt aus sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an economy room at the back on the third floor. Very quiet and comfortable. Toilet is seperate from bathroom which is nice. Breakfast has a lot of choice and is replenished regularly.

Concert stay
Myself and daughter had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable , great touch with a free bottle of wine. It was a fab location for our concert we were attending and was easy to get a tram or taxi to the town centre.

It’s nice hotel with polite and professional staff. The location is a bit far from the center, but area is quite and taxi costs not much. There is a free parking for your car. And breakfast was huge and delicious !

Good location in quiet business district, tram stops over the road and 15 mins ride into the Old Town. Excellent on site Italian restaurant and staff helpful and friendly. Rooms very dated, bed hard and pillows lumpy- very uncomfortable. My room wasn’t cleaned the first night which I raised with reception. It was cleaned the second night but I was only left with one small towel and no toiletries.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig was Geräusche aus anderen Stockwerken angeht (quitschende Türen, Schritte, Wasser, etc.). Es gab ein seperates WC in einem viel zu kleinen Raum, musste mich gegen die wand drücken um die Türe zu schließen / öffnen.

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. ABER: Wie so häufig, gilt auch hier: Nicht von den Fotos täuschen lassen! Zimmerausstattung extrem veraltet, teilweise defekt (bspw.aufgequollenes, gerisses Furnier an Möbeln). Badezimmerausstattung unvollständig und alt (bsp. Box für Taschentuchhalter vorhanden, aber ohne irgendeinen Inhalt, kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche). Beim Check-in wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass man Artikel aus der Minibar bezahlen muss, im Zimmer findet man dann aber eine komplett leere Minibar vor. Das Hotel selbst verdient für mich aller aller höchstens 3 Sterne. Beim nächsten Prag-Besuch geht es definitiv woanders hin.

Leider können wir die teilweise gute Bewertung bei Expedia nicht teilen. Wir sind vom 4-Sterne-Standard ausgegangen. Jedoch fanden wir ein abgewohntes Zimmer vor, Duschkopf in Wanne ohne genügenden Wasserdruck und aufgrund fehlendem Wandabstand direkt über der Armatur nicht wirklich zum Duschen nutzbar. Frühstücksraum zu klein für die vielen Gäste, viele mussten für einen Tisch anstehen und warten oder man wird dann gebeten, eher zu gehen bzw. das Geschirr wird zu schnell weggeräumt, obwohl man noch nicht fertig ist. Personal hektisch, Buffet schlecht zugänglich, zu eng u. schmal, nur ein Kaffeeautomat zu wenig für die vielen Hotelgäste, überall steht man an und damit im Weg, dadurch unruhige Atmosphäre. Die angepriesenen hauseigenen Parkplätze umfassen vielleicht ca. 15 Stellflächen, lt. Personal nicht für alle Fahrzeuge geeignet, jedoch standen kleine und größere PKW (Kombi) dort, „geeignete“ Größe leider nicht erkennbar, wurde auch nicht erklärt. Der 5-Minuten-Fußweg entfernte „Parkplatz“ ist ein wilder, ungeordneter Hinterhof, auf dem man Gefahr läuft, zugeparkt zu werden (wie auch von anderen Reisenden vorher schon berichtet, Fahrradschloss am Eingangstor). Abreise nur mit Einweiser, hochgeklappten Spiegeln in Millimeterarbeit möglich, wir nahmen es mit Humor u. waren froh, dass dies schadlos verlief. Schade, aber für uns wird es keinen weiteren Aufenthalt im Plaza Prague Hotel geben.

Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich.Betten sind bequem und Bad und Wc sind getrennt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock. An sich sehr ruhig, jedoch der Straßenlärm in der Früh ist extrem. Die Tram bringt einen recht fix ins Stadtzentrum. Die direkte Umgebung hat nicht viel zu bieten. Pluspunkt, unsere Hunde durften kostenfrei übernachten. Auch der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei. Hier wird das Tor jedoch nachts mit einem simplen Fahrradschloss gesichert. Das ist nicht übermäßig vertrauenserweckend. Aber im Gesamtpaket waren wir zufrieden.
