It is centrally located for easy travel to sights to see in prague. Close to old town and trains. Lidl grocery is down the street. 3 casinos within walking distance. Location is perfect. Master bathroom is huge and shower is amazing. Has heated towel rack and heated toilet seat with bidet. Only issue is with elevator access. If you take wrong one security will direct you to entrance C on other side of building. Elevators are tiny.

Very nice and convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and had lots of counter space and even a bidet seat toilet. The AC cooled very well, which was great because it was very hot in Prague that week.

This property was absolutely fantastic. Very very large, the outside balcony overlooked Wenceslas square and was absolutely perfect. The bathroom has a heated floor and a electronic smart toilet. Everything about this place is top notch. Access at night time is only through one of the entrances which was a little scary. You close those windows and you can't hear anything from the crowds outside. Absolutely perfect place to stay in Prague. Everything is within a 25-minute walk.

Very good location and reasonably high standard in the room. Cleanliness was very good and the bathroom and kitchen super nice. The door to the apartment had a very poor, almost broken lock frame, I could likely have broken in by kicking the door relatively lightly. The bed only offered very thick pillows.

Amazing apartment, very conformtable and great location. The only thing we didn't like at all is that check-in was super late at 3:00 p.m. and we asked to check out later because it was too early at 10:00 a.m. and they told us no. Since we had a late return flight, we asked to be able to leave our suitcases somewhere and they only gave us the option of a paid locker.

Very convenient ane well equipped

Very nice location, very central and convenient. The self checkin and out was convenient, even though it was thus macling a certain humain touch. The apartment is very well equipped and pleasant to stay in. It has everything you will need. The only thing was that the apartment got pretty warm with the heating, that one does not control from the room. I would still highly recommend it and come back. Thank you!

We stayed in the superior one bed apartment and it has been Fantastic! Check in was very simple and effortless with the code. Very easy to find the property. The apartment is in an amazing location, close to everything you need and to all the tourist attractions. Very very very clean and has all amenities you would need. If you require any help during your stay they are quick to respond and very welcoming. We came back to our room this afternoon to find a bottle of wine and some chocolates :D such a lovely gesture. Book this apartment I guarantee you will not be dissapointed . We are very happy with our our stay! We will be back out here perhaps next month for medical reasons and hope to stay here again. Thanks ADREZ

Good location during the holidays. Within walking distance from major attractions. If you’re traveling during the winter the entire floor is set to 23-24 C / 74 F and you cannot change the temperature. So we had to sleep with our window open and you could hear all the car/people traffic and people are up all hours of the night. If you don’t like it warm/stuffy I recommend you bring a personal fan because they don’t provide one We were sweating during the night and it made the stay uncomfortable hence the 3 star review. Also the check in instructions provided by Adrez did not specify how to locate the main entrance and not to use a certain elevator outside of business hours. We got lost trying to find our way out of the building trying to catch an early flight and building security was of little help bc they didn’t speak English and brushed us off. Again good location, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Avoid if you want stress-free or early check in

The apartment was quite nice, very clean and the location excellent. Unfortunately the bathroom was extremely hot and uncomfortable, like a sauna. We tried to contact them, but nothing happened. The service and communication was awful! They didn't send check in link as promised. So we had to call them after arrival, take pictures of our passports and fill in a form out on the street. That felt unsafe. And it was almost impossible, because the app struggled to approve the pictures. The person I talked to was also quite rude, a first time experience (during 22 years of vacations). They didn't offer luggage storage or earlier check in. We received useless information about luggage storage: an app with places that didn't exist. So we had to wait for check in, for 6 hours with our luggage. Exhausting = lost a day's worth. I understand that the room needs to be cleaned, but when you ask for earlier check in hotels usually accommodate you...at least with a couple of hours. They answered promptly via e-mail before I made the reservation. Afterwards the silence arrived... I love Prague, but will never stay in this place again!
