Would highly recommend as a non big brand hotel in a fantastic location: well positioned for covering all the areas of Prague youd want to walk to and lots of restaurants etc near by. Staffing levels not as high as you'd get at a larger hotel but staff were friendly and helpful. If I'm in Prague again this will certainly be my first choice!

Great property and very quiet. Rooms are large and great breakfast options. Lots of food and they even have un the afternoon finger foods which we did not try. Staff is very polite, friendly and gave a few suggestions. The hotel is very closeby walking distance to all the attractions nearby. Highly recommend this place.

Super zentral gelegen,direkt an der Karlsbrücke. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Super gepflegt und sauber. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Das erste Hotel das wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben und wo nachmittags noch ein Brunch angeboten wurde,und das ohne Aufpreis. Wirklich ein top Hotel. Auf den Zimmern alles was man braucht (Klima,Kühlschrank,Wasserkocher u.s.w) Sehr sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Während des Aufenthalts Geburtstag gehabt.

air conditioning was not working when we walked into our room. Called desk and were told sorry it’s broken and can’t be fixed until Monday. They gave us two fans and said that’s all they could do. We were on the top floor and opened the roof top windows for some air but shortly after noticed a bunch of spiders crawling through the open windows from webs right outside. Some were large in size. We were forced to close the windows and deal with the heat. Woke up during the night drenched in sweat. Was not a restful stay. Front desk told me to contact management which I did and I was told they handled it to the best of their ability. No refund, no discount or compensation of any kind was offered.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was so close to the charles bridge. Most of the attractions were walkable. It was very clean, breakfast was good, staff friendly, and it was very reasonably priced!!! Would highly recommend staying here!

The location is perfect if you walk, take bus or tram, Subway. You are next to Charles Bridge but yet very quite.

The property is well-kept. It is located just under the famous Charles Bridge, and you might expect it to be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet and safe. The staff is friendly and caring. The hotel provided not only breakfast but also a light lunch, which is tasty and saves tourists a great deal of money.

We loved the area, close to everything, we had a cute room with a door into a courtyard which we enjoyed. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Man ist sehr schnell zwischen Restaurants, Cafés, Souvenirshops und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel an sich ist aber sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann mit wenigen Schritten an der Moldau sitzen. Die Zimmer sowie das Frühstücksbuffet waren zufriedenstellend.
