The property and features exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the 2 BR with terrace. The pictures are accurate and the spaces are larger than expected. The rooftop terrace is a great way to end a day on the town. There is a great view of the Church of St Giles spire and clock from the terrace and one of the bedroom windows.

The space was beautiful and an excellent location, walkable to everything we wanted to see. There will be no one there at check in, make sure you fill out the online form for the code or you will be sitting in the nearby pub waiting for it.

Positives: the unit was very clean, very comfortable bed, perfect location…literally, within walking distance of everything. There’s a nice-sized mini fridge, an oven and cooktop, and basic dinnerware and cutlery. Negatives: very small, wasn’t even room to fully open two suitcases on the lower level; uncomfortable seating(hard plastic chairs)on the lower level which, after a day of walking, really annoyed us. We never enjoyed the TV because who wants to relax on a hard plastic chair when you’re exhausted? You will be climbing up and down a very steep ladder to reach the sleeping area or to use the bathroom at night. Absolutely not ideal and I’m not sure how that fact escaped me when booking, so just be aware. It was very comical. The only reason we stuck with it through our booking was because of the no refund policy. No coffee or tea provided, which was a bummer that first morning. Lidl is a 10 minute walk, we didn’t see any other supermarkets but plenty of tiny stores carrying some necessities ( and liquor, lol). The AC was very subpar, not even sure it worked. It could be because the filter is in bad need of a cleaning, as seen from the upper loft. Other guests used the area outside of our unit as a smoking lounge, chairs and all. Ash trays seemed to be provided by the hotel so I guess that was their designated cig spot. Being nonsmokers, the smell and loud voices at 11:30 pm and later woke us up the last few days. Ok space for a solo traveler.

Could Not find or Access property.

We purchased parking, but instead got a ticket for driving through a pedestrian area. No maps. No directions. No information. Could not find the building, then could not get in. Lots of calls to make it all happen Hours of exhausted frustration, and wondering if anyone would even answer the phone. We did get in, and loved the place. Air conditioner was moldy downstairs, so used the kitchen a/c to filter cold air. None of the promised WiFi existed. Still wonderfully located, and comfortable. Savoy Cafe next door - a favorite for breakfast and coffee.

Our 3 bedrooms 2 bath property was very large and all 3 bedrooms had comfortable king size beds. High ceilings and double sound proof windows. The pictures on the listing were pretty accurate. Kitchen is very basic and worked well for us to primarily heat leftovers/takeouts or make tea. The bathrooms are basic but more than adequate. You can hear the people staying on the floor above but we were lucky that they weren’t particularly loud during our stay. The location is superb in the middle of Old Town but tucked away on a quiet street. Excellent cafe for breakfast and snacks on the ground floor. There is no reception and all doors operate with key pads. Would recommend for families and a large group traveling together.

It is oaky but need improvement

The location of this place is perfect, and it is on a quiet street which doesn’t have noise during the evening. It has kitchen but I didn’t use it at all. Some improvement: After checking in, I noticed that it here are hairs on the floor - they didn’t hoover the floor properly. FYI, they are dark hair and mine is blonde. In the bathroom, the plug in the sink doesn’t work. Toilet roll holder comes off, those small things can’t be improved

Location is nice. Close to main attractions. However the unit is different from online pictures.The actual unit has an awkward layout.in order to get to the unit you have to climb up a flight of stairs to the second floor.the kitchen is on the 2nd floor,but the bedroom is on the ground floor.in order to exit the unit from the bedroom you have to climb up very steep spiral stairs to the 2nd floor, and walk down a flight of stairs to the ground floor again. The bedroom is not big; the bed is. This leave a very narrow walkway between the bed and the wall. The customer service does not seem to exist. The only clothes cabinet is locked.sent massages to the owner but didn't receive any response during the 2 days of our stay. We had to put our clothes on the floor.

Amazing place to stay, full of character! Great location! Loved everything about it except the noise from a neighbor. There were drunk, loud people coming and going all night two nights in a row. We called the security phone number provided and someone came and spoke to them. We appreciated their help, but it was still frustrating. Would still recommend, but make sure to have that phone number handy.
