The room was fairly plain but clean and functional. The room faced the street so it was noisy at night. Breakfast was €13 which was a good value.

The Cloisters Inn was it's usual excellents. Staff are good, place is good, breakfast good and it is clean. Having stayed there a number of times, it never disappoints. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

Very clean hotel, basic but functionable. All i can say the check in staff were uninterested, i aske for a quite late check out was told half the room fee at first which i was happy with and said i would book and pay for later. then saw another member of staff and was told had to pay the full fee, this is just wrong, and looks like they just want to fleece guests, not aceptable at all..

I asked the front desk about breakfast, I think $20 each person is pretty expensive so I didn't choose the option. But they charged my credit card anyway. The next day I found out and I told them to cancel the transaction. They promised they would return the charge but they never did. Dishonest business. Great location, that's all the good part I can think of this hotel.

Faeces was found in shower head

We are tourists travelling in Prague for the first time for 5 days. MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER AND I CHECKED IN AT THE CLOISTER INN AT KONVIKTSKA 296/14, PRAGUE ON JULY 1, 2024. WHEN I TOOK A SHOWER AT 11 PM. I FOUND SOME BAD SMELL AND STAINS ON THE SHOWER HEAD, THERE WERE SOME HUMAN FAECES STICKED TO THE SHOWERHEAD！ Because I felt very disgusting and bare at that time, I did not take pictures of the evidence immediately. I hurriedly cleaned the shower head and flush clean body. Then we informed the hotel that they changed rooms for us. The next day, my husband and I decided to check out because we had no confidence in the hygiene of the hotel. We asked the hotel to check out and refund the room fee for the remaining 3 nights, but the hotel refused. We are very angry about this, because we paid money but didn't get reasonable service. Could you please imagine how you will feel when you take a bath with water stained with faeces? I have reported to Hotel.com customer service hotline, they can’t help because of the refund policy. This was a very bad experience for us in Prague!

The cloister inn was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the price of the room parking and breakfast was very reasonable. Located walking distance from all things Prague. Highly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and don’t need fancy. We will stay again

Ailemle beraber 1 günlük Prag seyahatimiz de konakladık. Konum olarak seçtik ve gerçekten mükemmel bir konumda.Hiç araç kullanmadan bütün Prag’ı yürüyerek gezdik. Aracımızla gittik ve arkada 5-6 Araçlık küçük bir otoparkları vardı ve orayı kullandık(ücretli). Acemi sürücüler için biraz zorlayıcı olabilir. Kahvaltısız tercih ettik. Giriş katta bir oda verdiler aile odası olarak. Odamız gayet geniş ve ferahtı. Banyo da aynı şekilde çok genişti. Otel eski ama temizlik yönünden başarılı bir otel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Konum çok iyi. Odaların ferahlığı ve temizlik yeterli. çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Bir daha gelsem tercih ederim.

I give five stars only for professionalism of Anastasia, the manager of the hotel. According to the criteria 2025-2030 of hotelstars.eu three star’s hotel must have n.102 additional accessible power socket next to the bed-but in reality is not accessible ( room 318), n152washable bathmat-there was not,n167 shampoo - the was not,n182 beverage in the room- the was not, not a cafe-maker, not a kettle. P.S. bedside light and ventilation in the bath did not work. By the way, last time that I saw such type of the furniture was in the Stasi museum in Berlin
