During our travel we had an over night stay in Prague and we choose Aura Design hotel, it was a good choice, the place is easily accessible with car, has private parking it is clean and well maintained. Also the staff is super friendly and gives their best to help you and make your stay more enjoyable.

Nice stay in Prague

Nice stay at Hotel Aura. The staff is very nice and requests are handled quickly with a smile. Offered free shuttle bus service to concert. Breakfast is very good, pool-area very nice and clean. No air-condition in the room.

Great little find

Perfect hotel for my trip to Prague. The staff, food, facilities and location were top notch! I would highly recommend. Great pool, grounds. Reception staff very helpful and willing to offer suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Great for families with kids

We were unlucky and due to bad weather we didn’t get to enjoy the pool at all, such a pity, it looked awesome!! Otherwise the breakfast was great, totally worth it! Also, I really recommend it to family with kids. We came with two kids and having a little inside room to play and the outside space was amazing! I reall recommend it!

Very good choice in this hotel during our stay in Prague. We checked in online and upon arrival we went to our room almost immediately. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every morning the day started with tasty and nutritional breakfast that came with several choices. The Old Town (Prague) is 20 mins away by taxi with public transportation option also available nearby.

The reception staff were great and the hotel is very clean. The area around is nice and quiet. The distance of the hotel from the city center was not a problem for me because of the shuttle service provided by the hotel. It is really a great feature and I appreciate it very much. I have a comment on the cleaning staff. They should pay more attention to the walls and ceiling of the room and also behind the curtains. There were several small spiders and two medium-sized crawling insects in the room and the bathroom. I did not really like this. I removed them, but this did not feel good. Other than that, everything was good and the breakfast was delicious and varied.

Super Hotel

It was awesome from start to finish! The Manager Lukas & the front desk clerk Joseph were by far the best of the best of the best. A kind caring & compassionate team that would do anything within their power to make you smile. We will return in the future........ :-)

When we got to the room the windows were already open which made our room filled with bugs. No air conditioning which made the room super hot. Told staff about it and they offered a fan. We didn’t stay at all due to the poor condition our room was. Asked the front desk person if we could get a refund for our last two days and she told me she didn’t know and we would have to wait the next morning for the manager. We then stayed somewhere else until the next morning. The next morning I called and asked for the manager to which they replied “No, who is this?”. After that the call either disconnected due to bad WiFi or they hanged up on me. So then I tried to call back five times but no one answered. So me and my fiance took a car to the hotel to ask for the manager in person. This place honestly is very disgusting and the staff are very rude.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Das erste einfach nur zum schlafen, da wir spät angereist sind. Am nächsten Tag Zimmerwechsel. Haben ganz entspannt Prag erkundet und sind dann 15 Uhr zum Hotel. Das andere Zimmer war grandios mit Whirlpool auf dem Balkon und Whirlwanne im Zimmer. Eine Dusche hat im Zimmer gefehlt. Frühstück und Personal waren Mega und auch der Shuttle nach Prag Wir kommen wieder. Es war eine tolle Auszeit
