Hotel itself is nice and clean but there is lots of street noise and in hot days inside is very hot and aircon or fan isn’t available and with open windows no chance of good sleep. Other than all good

Quiet location 20 mins walk from city centre

Perfect location for Forum Karlin and only 20 minutes walk to Namesti Republiky or half hour walk along river to Charles Bridge. Tram stop close by and Metro station couple minutes away. Very clean, spacious room, friendly English-speaking staff. Bring/buy your own tea bags/coffee/sugar/milk though as not supplied with mugs and kettle!

Улучшенные номера на 4м этаже под крышей без окон

Отличный завтрак! Есть ниша для принадлежностей в душевой кабине. В номере достаточно тепло, теплые одеяла. Долго ждать нагрев воды, в душе почти всегда прохладная вода. Удивило, что в улучшенных номерах нет окон.. Оказывается, эти номера на 4м этаже под крышей. В описании номера это не указывается. Отель выходит на улицу, может быть слышно трамваи, но это совсем некритично. Расположение удобное - по прямой 30 минут до центра города.

Отель замечательный. Отзывчивые внимательные сотрудники на рецепшен , Близко до метро и трамвайных остановок, ехатъ до центра 3 остановки трамвая. Завтрак вполне достаточный. Одним словом все понравилось.

Неплохо

В целом неплохо. Очень отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен (кстати, все русскоговорящие). Выигрышное расположение по отношению к центру Праги и к метро. Неплохие завтраки. Что касается чистоты номеров..... не так чисто как хотелось бы (волосы в душевой, пыль, мусор под кроватью)

De receptie was goed in het onthouden van wie er in het hotel verbleef, zelfs in welke kamer. Inchecken kon al een uur eerder dan vermeld.

Vi havde nogle hyggelige dage i Prag og hotellet var fint for os. Sød og hjælpsom personale, ikke det vilde morgenbord, men der var lidt forskelligt. Værelset var varmt, der var en blæser. Der var et lille køleskab. En del støj fra trafikken, når man sover med åbent vindue. Masser af spisesteder i nærheden.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Metroasema lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, raitiovaunupysäkki myös melkein vieressä. Pysäköinti onnistui korttelin takana olleeseen parkkihalliin. Huoneen, ja kylpyhuoneen siisteys jätti toivomisen varaa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

The room wasn't how I expected it, in a good way. I was so happy having a big room all to my self. There were two single beds and the bathroom was big and clean. The wifi connection was impeccable. Also, there was this young lady receptionist who had a nice aura around her 😊 It's nice to see someone so smiley and friendly.

Duschgel wurde nach der ersten Nacht nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Sauberkeit naja! Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer (besonders toll wenn man im obersten Stock ein Zimmer hat)! Handtücher werden grundsätzlich nur alle 3 Tage getauscht. Nicht, dass ich öfters frische Handtücher brauche, aber international ist es doch üblich auszutauschende Handtücher auf den Boden zu lassen wenn sie ausgetauscht gehören. Frühstück war ganz okay, genauso wie die Lage! Nette Rezeption!
