Sehr modernes Hotel mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Der Rezeptionist hat war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, spricht englisch, deutsch und tschechisch. Es gab Prosecco zur Begrüßung . Zimmer und Bad waren top, beim Frühstück hätten wir uns in dieser Hotelkategorie mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Restaurant und Spa haben wir angesichts der hohen Preise nicht genutzt, sah aber alles gut aus. Es gibt einen tollen Fitnessraum. Man läuft ca. 5 Minuten bis zur nächsten Tram Haltestelle. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, inkl. Ladesäule (teuer). Ruhige Lage am bei uns verschneiten Wald.

Enttäuschter Jahreswechsel

Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Der Wellness Bereich ist ausserhalb des Hotelgebäudes. Der Preis für 3h unangemessen. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Leider nicht wie versprochen tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht sauber. Das Bad ist super, es fehlt aber eine Abstellmöglichkeit. Der Ausblick war auf eine Hauswand. Das Restaurant kann ich empfehlen, nur zum Jahreswechsel nicht. Wir mussten unseren Sekt draußen trinken. Beim Ausschecken sprach ich einige Dinge an, die Ich vermisst habe, weil Sie in der Buchung enthalten waren, es gab kein Entgegenkommen. Mir wurde freundlich erklärt, dass Ich auf der falschen Plattform gebucht habe. Bisher hatte ich damit noch nie Schwierigkeiten. Auf alle Fälle lohnt sich eine Reise nach Prag. Die Innenstadt ist sehr schön. Die Straßen sind voll und man kommt mit der Straßenbahn überall hin.
