I live in this hotel for the wedding trip with friends. Staffs are very helpful and nice for everything. If you have any needs, just try to discuss with them. They have done something very sweet for me but I am not going to disclose here, prevent some people take it for granted. There is elevator, no worry for even you live at the top floor. Walking distance to the famous sightseeing place, even you go to Prage Castle just around 20 mins walk and you can pass through the Charles Bridge. There are at least 2 MICHELIN restaurant in the walking distance, no worry for hungry. There is tChinese mini supermarket for you to buy water. No the most cheapest in the town but reasonable price, just may be CZ10 more expensiver than supermarket Billa They are just small hotel, dun use the international 5 star to compare like Four Season etc, that is not fair.

酒店位置很好旺中帶靜，去附近景點走路也可以到達！ 酒店職員友善，早餐食物多選擇而且味道很好！下次再來布拉格必定首選這酒店。

床不舒服，早餐非常不好，真的非常不她，太小種類，不佩四星級，服務人員很小，一定不會再入住，網上訂的是兩間臥室，到達後才知道原來他們沒有這類房間， Expedia 也有錯，我還要補200歐羅才能入住

Super freezing shower experience

The temperature turns extremely cold (like ice water) few minutes later during the shower, which makes me freezing. Suffer from cold bath for few days and get fever afterwards... and you can see the room still under maintenance... but it is actually well decorated and cleaned. Air-con is well functioned.

The gave us a room right next to the reception which was incredibly noisy, all you can hear is people coming and going and at breakfast the sound of knives and forks on plates. We requested a quiet room 5 months earlier when we booked and they chose to give us the nosiest room possible… I have no words! We did get moved for the next night and it was much better, a room on the third floor. Breakfast was ok, the advertised gym was closed, and for the price it probably isn’t worth that level of cost for what you get.

Great staff, breakfast and location. Located in a very central location for many attractions and dining experiences. We were able to walk for most of our tours. Staff were all helpful and friendly (and spoke English-thank you!). Rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

First, I’m pretty easy to please, so if you are a “high maintenance” individual, then ensure you give my review its due consideration. The hotel was very clean, the staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast met or exceeded all my expectations, with a decent selection of food and some variety from day to day. The room itself was quite a bit bigger than I’m used to, and we just booked the basic room (single king bed room - not a suite). The building is old, but recently remodeled and is very appealing. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on, that was a big win. The Air Conditioner was fantastic and the window opened to a great city view. We were in Prague for 7 full days and were able to walk everywhere right from our hotel, saving a bundle on transportation costs. If you wanted to go a little further out of the old town, the tram stop was less than a minute from the hotel. I’d stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location, providing easy access to the Charles Bridge, river walk and both old and new town. We had a ground floor room at the front of the hotel which was surprisingly quiet. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with great choices of hot and cold buffet. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
