The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room for a 3 year old. There were many shops and restaurants to choose from. Plus walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see and more. Top rated amenities, too. Felt very safe!

Fantastic Location and Amenities at VN3 Terraces Suites! ✨ VN3 Terraces Suites by Adrez Living in Prague offers modern, spacious, and clean apartments with beautiful city views. What really makes this place special is its incredible location. You're just steps away from excellent public transport — trams, buses, and the metro are right outside your door. Getting around Prague has never been easier! You can reach popular attractions like Prague Castle or the charming Old Town Square in just a few minutes. Shopping and dining are equally convenient. You’ll find Lidl and Tesco supermarkets just a short walk away for all your groceries. When it’s time to eat, there are plenty of great nearby restaurants serving authentic local food, spiral fires, chimney cakes along with Turkish, Lebanese, and Indian cuisine. The Hop-On Hop-Off sightseeing buses and Tram 42 are also within a few minutes’ walk. Malls nearby offer further choices for shopping and excellent food.For taxis, we recommend using reliable apps like Bolt or Uber. (Tip: Avoid the yellow taxis at the airport) Overall, we highly recommend VN3 Terraces Suites for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and that perfect mix of modern living with family and friends with Prague all around you.

VN3 Terraces has a really good location in Wenceslas Square with a quick, easy walk to the Old Town Main Square. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and a grocery store in the Mustek station. Overall, the apartment was comfortable. Hot water was never an issue and the shower was powerful. There was a terrace overlooking the main road, which was nice for atmosphere but it was also loud with lots of screaming late into the night/early morning. The apartment is bright at night due to large lit billboards in the Square, so it can be difficult to fall asleep. There are blackout curtains, but they do not entirely cover the window area, so there is flashing light from outside. The wifi didn’t work either. We were in touch with Adrez and they tried to sort it. Ultimately, it didn’t work the entire stay and we had to use our own data to be online. They did offer late check-out as compensation, which was appreciated.

Went 3 times to same place 3 years ago, it was really good then, this time we didnt like the room we was given, shower in room was stuck in the middle so couldnt have a full shower, also we was put on a different floor which was very noisy, people coming in at 3 in the morning, shouting and on the phone, theres no one there to sort it out but i did complain, however it is in an excellent location and would have gone back again if theyd let us have the room we requested but they didn't so comparing this time to last time dont think we will stay there again.

The was an amazingly wonderful place! Very centrally located near shops and restaurants, less than ten minute walk to the old city. The room was large, well equipped and well lit. Access was with a code. We hadn't seen that we needed to register 24 hours in advance to receive the code, but there was a reception desk in their main property 10 minutes walk away which registered us and provided the code.

The location is absolutely outstanding. The hotel is right in the city center, with a metro station and a supermarket just downstairs. All major attractions are within walking distance, which made getting around extremely convenient. We also had a beautiful balcony with a stunning view of Prague Castle in the distance. Honestly, the view alone made the stay completely worthwhile, and for that reason, I had no complaints at all. Even though there were a few very minor issues inside the room, they were insignificant compared to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation.

We requested for an early check in by messaging thru Expedia platform but I never receive a reply so we ended up waiting for hours, my issue what’s the point of sending a warm welcome message when there’s not even a reply as I even rang them hence still unable to get in touch as it remains busy. Positive reviews will be great location to attractions.

Lovely place in the heart of Prague, perfectly located to reach everything easily. Very clean and quiet at all times, despite being in a very fun and popular area. The apartment size is very generous, appliances and fixtures are perfect, the bathroom is very spacious. I would definitely recommend it. The only downside is that there is not an area where you can store your luggage after the check-out just in case you still have some time to spend in Prague before travelling. There is a paid luggage deposit store at a walking distance though, with quite convenient fares.
