A terrible hotel!!!
Really really bad experience! 15minutes ago the hotel staff(male) get into my room with his key and without knocking the door. Now the time is 23:30 and I'm sleeping inside. it's very terrible!!!

我刚刚写那么的多居然没有了？？？这家酒店离布拉格广场大约四公里左右。给我们安排的房间很宽敞。设施齐全，就是没有空调。因我们是八月五六号两天入住，天气炎热。被热醒几次。早餐还算丰盛。我第二天吃早餐碰到国内旅行团在这家入住。总体感觉还行。大堂经理是位中年妇女，很热情。第一天入住登记的前台不够热情哦。是位三四个岁的女性。还有就是停车费有点小贵，一天需要十欧元。他的停车场入口很窄，一辆车开进去左右两边估计十厘米没有。没点技术的不建议开进去。

飯店離會議中心非常近，飯店的環境簡單但還算舒適，尤其是早餐，好像在古堡裡享用餐點。安靜、無菸，對無法久待在飯店的商務旅行而言，是很舒適的選擇。

The location was perfect for my stay. My room was spacious. All of the staff were friendly, kind and considerate. There was nothing that I could outwardly fault.

Ok but not good.
Mediocre, very rough around the edges and parking is unclear. The minibar was full of mould, including on the bottles! (See photo). There are lots of nicer hotels available in the same price range.

Convenient hotel in a nice safe neighborhood. Lovely and attentive breakfast and excellent coffee. Friendly front desk. Close to Vysehrad castle, so relaxing with great views of Prague, 10 minuites walk to metro or bus 134 to the tram one block. Vysehrad Hotel does the job. Beds are comfortable.

Really, really average
The hotel consists of a two buildings, the main one with the lobby which is older and a building in the back which has another set of rooms and a new elevator. We were in the new building as we were a party of three. Our room was clearly designed for disabled/handicapped guests (low mirrors, large bathroom/shower with bars everywhere). I guess it was the only room which could accommodate three guests. The cleanliness was barely passable. Even drinking glasses were sometimes not changed. The bed covers had stains on them. No air-conditioning, only a noisy fan which made us use earplugs and keep the windows open throughout the night. The bathroom/shower was a mess. Although clean, the first person taking a shower would flood the whole bathroom because of uneven floor, and imagine how pleasant it would be for the next person. Also, the WiFi was practically non-existent. They had couple of routers throughout the whole establishment and the only one strong enough to serve us was not functioning. The only solution was to sit in the lobby.

O hotel tem um box minúsculo para banho. As roupas de cama tbm são minúsculas e consequentemente o virol sai durante qualquer mexida na cama durante o sono. Ademais, a equipe procura ser prestativa, mas são mal humorados e não assertivos. Me passaram informação errada sobre o metro. Não trocaram as roupas de cama em uma das nossas estadias. O café da manhã tbm é muito razoável.

経済的で良いホテル
値段の割には良いホテルでした。 市街地からは少し離れていますが、近くに地下鉄もあり、慣れてしまえば全く問題ないです。 シャワーの排水口が詰まりかけていたのが不満でしたが、それ以外は特に不満はありませんでした。

Et helt fint hotel - placeret rimelig centralt - fint udvalg til morgenbuffet Eneste minus var sengen - Dobbeltsengen var 2 enkeltsenge med fast ramme skubbet sammen. Vi kiggede ikke i skrivebordet - derfor fandt vi ikke minibaren :) Høfligt personale - kunne dog godt smile lidt mere - et godmorgen smil er altid godt.

Nice quiet hotel
A nice quiet stay. I found it difficult to find parking. Very close to the subway system. A pizzeria within 2-3 minutes of walking.

Liever niet, tenzij je een strak budget hebt.
Airco deed het niet waardoor we met het raam open moesten slapen om het enigszins uit te houden. Belangrijk: de gemeente haalt elke morgen tussen 6 en 7 uur de inhoud van de vuilnis- en glasbakken op! Dit gaat met veel herrie gepaard, waar je dus van kunt meegenieten. Het ontbijt was erg matig, de zaal zelf op zich prima. De kamer zelf was op zich netjes en werd goed verzorgd, net als de badkamer. Bedden zijn niet gebouwd op Nederlanders (kort) en geven niet het gevoel erg veel gewicht te kunnen hebben. De televisie in de kamer had er net zo goed niet kunnen zijn : alleen maar Tsjechische zenders (geen BBC, CNN, etc.) en geen USB-ingang, dus ook eigen content afspelen gaat hem niet worden. WiFi op de kamer werkte niet (signaal te zwak omdat het access-point te ver weg hing). Metro is 5-10 minuten lopen, dus dat is nog wel te doen. De auto kan gratis voor de deur geparkeerd worden (als er plek is) of tegen betaling in de parkeergarage van het hotel. In de omgeving van het hotel zelf is er niks aan voorzieningen (is meer een zakendistrict/woonwijk). Al met al een 5,5/10. Ik zou hier enkel heen gaan als je op een strak budget zit. Je kunt beter de helft meer uitgeven voor een goed hotel. Uiteindelijk moet een hotel je toevluchtsoord zijn op vakantie, waar je tot rust kun komen om op te laden voor de volgende dag. Dat lukte hier maar zeer, zeer beperkt. Wij vonden het de 4 sterren en positieve beoordelingen absoluut niet waard.

Nice hotel some way from the centre
I love this hotel; I have been coming here ever since it opened in 1995. It is away from the main centre which will not satisfy everybody but that is what I like about it, and it is very convenient for the Vysehrad fortress and the walk to Vysehrad metro station is quite agreeable.

Dependable, Clean, Friendly -- Every Time.
This is a nice, clean, friendly hotel. Every time I've stayed it's been clean and the entire staff has been very friendly and helpful. Be advised, this is not a big brand hotel. It's more like a little mom & pop shop. If you're expecting the Ritz, you'll be disappointed. If you're looking for a cozy (and small) clean and affordable place with great people and great service that's close to public transport, you'll be happy. Also, from speaking with friends, who've been staying elswhere, this breakfast is better than others in the area. It's usually Eggs, Veggies, Cereals, Yogurts, Fruits, Meats, Cheeses & Breads.

jednou stačilo...
Pokoj byl inzerovaný jako rodinný pokoj aby na nás čekal pokoj 3x3 metry do kterého se obsluha snažila nacpat přistýlku. Po vyjednávání se nám podařilo pokoj vyměnit za větší, ale i tak bez standardní třetí postele, i větší pokoj byl pouze za cenu přistýlky (vrzající lehátko s matrací pochybného původu), kterou jsme do pokoje vměstnali. Za cenu, kterou jsme za hotel zaplatili služby opravdu neodpovídaly. Snídaně standard, ale rozhodně ne ve standardu 4 hvězdiček, stejně tak jako celý hotel. Mám srovnání s dalšímy 4 hvězdičkovými hotely v Praze (NH, panorama) a úroveň služeb je opravdu někde jinde!!!
