"Der Check In war gut, Gastgeberin und ihr Mann sind Herzensmenschen. DIe Lage ist zentral in Praia Vitoria. Im November ist das Haus kühl, wir haben gefroren. Die Gastgeberin stellte uns kleine Heizgeräte zur Verfügung, diese schafften es jedoch nicht warm zu machen. Wäsche waschen ist problematisch weil die Tür der Waschmaschine jahrelang geschlossen ist und dadurch „stockig riecht“, wir rochen dann wie nasse Hunde. Wenn es regnet sind die Fensterbereiche und Türbereiche (zur Wetterseite) nass...

"We were on the Azores for a week shooting a travel show for American PBS called Outside Beyond the Lens. We picked this property as our last place to stay since it was in a part of Terceira we hadn't seen yet, and we wanted to film some of the gorgeous agricultural settings of the island. On our last night, we set up cameras and drones and shot everything we needed from the driveway under a top-ten sunset. The home is warm and inviting, and I just loved the feel of the place.
