"O local foi muito conveniente para o que eu precisava, silencioso apesar de ter um complexo esportivo nos fundos, mas o barulho não chegou a atrapalhar. Opções ótimas de gastronomia muito perto, para ir a pé. A única coisa que não gostei é que tem uma cafeteira nespresso mas com a cápsula redonda, a qual só se vende em loja exclusiva. A única loja que tem fica longe e acabamos ficando sem café. Eu preferia qualquer outra cafeteira mais simples."
