「Check in was horrible, front desk attendant could not explain anything to us during check in. Ran 2 transactions off my card and proceed to run two more without my knowledge. Attempted to run a 5th transaction after I had checked out 2 days later. Result is I have now overpaid for my rooms and after a week have not received a refund for the overpayment. 「Everything was great. The room was clean, the property was well lit and the staff was very kind and helpful. The only gripe I had was the air conditioning smelled a bit off. I had to turn it off at some point during the night because it made the room smell funky, but once I turned it off, the room smelled clean again.」
