「To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming.
There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the property, from cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, which one could cut their bare feet on, the floor boards in the dining area that were loose and lifting up, a back storm door that was broken and would not close properly to the walls that were in need of a fresh coat of paint.

Townhouse was furnished with everything we required for our 2 night stay. Liked the gated parking and large shared yard. 」

「Oh my gosh, Sherri is amazing. She checked in on us regularly and made sure we were okay, she even had breakfast in the freezer to feed my son because I forgot to buy eggs! The house is so sweet and the neighborhood is precious. When I walked my dog, so many neighbors stopped to talk to me and we’re so friendly. I love this place and anytime I come to visit, I will be staying here if it’s available.」
