“优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。 缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。”

“Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there ”

Every single request was handled promptly and with a smile, which made us feel very well taken care of. Our villa with an infinity pool and jungle view was absolutely stunning. That said, a few points could be improved: • The photos advertised a mountain view, but the bamboo has grown since and blocked the view (though the team kindly changed our villa upon request). • Bath towels……

“Lovely pool villa in Moroccan style. Attentive and friendly staff who assisted us promptly and professionally. Good choice for breakfast and went out if those way to adapt to our requests. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Spa massage was great and in clean environment. ”

“This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay.”
