“L’accueil a été effectué par le propriétaire.Superbe maison en pierre joliment restaurée. Elle est très fonctionnelle, spacieuse et bien équipée.L’environnement est très calme et verdoyant.Les extérieurs de la maison sont soignés. La piscine est complètement privée. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute malgré la distance, la communication a été très bonne.Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location. Merci Joelle et Hervé.”

“Prachtig uitzicht op de velden vanuit zwembad. Ruime woning met drie eettafels ( twee buiten) voor 14 personen met twee zeer ruime badkamers. Nérac ligt op twee kilometer afstand van de woning bereikbaar via mooie wandelwegen.”

“The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms.……

“We stayed at Cedric's property for three weeks, with friends coming to visit during that period. The house is really nicely set up to allow for entertaining and relaxing; the pool is the perfect temp, the house is cool during hot days and the living room and kitchen are spacious and well laid out. The bedrooms are large and cool during the night which was important for us - we prefer to sleep cold. Cedric was really helpful and suggested great local markets and restaurants. “Fantastisches Haus, ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Outdoor Grillplatte, die Kitchenaid Küchenutensilien, die Espresso Maschine im Aussenbereich und der riesige Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter wurden von uns sehr gern und ausgiebig genutzt, die Betten waren fantastisch und die Bettwäsche sehr schön und angenehm, der riesige Whirlpool Luxus und an kühleren Tagen nach dem Baden super angenehm. Der riesige 18 m lange, supersaubere und sehr angenehm temperierte……
