「Property itself was quite lovely, rooms were decent, nothing to write home about. A/C in our room barely worked despite the fan on high. Staff was accommodating despite the A/C and provided us with a fan for the room which helped sign with the heat. Pool and hot tub could use some maintaining though, water was extremely murky and extremely high chlorine content. Otherwise, the atrium was beautiful and the cabana kitchen/bar was lovely. Extremely dog friendly, not a lot of grass (ok, no grass),...

「I was staying before in Sandman hotels, was pretty decent, I guess Not anymore, this particular property needs soo much upgrades, unbelievable, there not enough room to mention everything, a/c from 60’s, kitchen appliances, mini fridge wasn’t working, noisy, squeaky beds, awful mattress.. and plus you have to pay damage deposit at check in ??? There nobody to go over the room before I even take a position of the room… so there chances that I may get charged for something that isn’t my fault…...

「Overall it was a decent stay for the price, but they definitely need to make a better effort to keep the floors clean. My whole family ended up with black feet.」

「The room was clean but the pillow case was stained front and back. The mattress was very comfy but the pillows were thin and not supportive. For how much we paid we would stay again but it's not the nicest or cleanest. The window coverings and carpet should be change to something more neutral and modern.」

「Other than they charged me an extra 30.00 tax when we already paid tax on the expedia site. They never really gave an explantaion why. Expedia did reimburse and will watch the card for the deposuit they charged as the office wasnt open when we left. I felt that it was clean the rooms. A little noisy at night」
