「Really good experience, nice rooms, good restaurant (including the breakfast), very nice spa and pool, personnel really polite and helpful. The only negative thing is that the kids room could have more toys and activities. It is a pity to have an entire room, but so few options for the kids. 」

「A very clean room and a lovely bathroom with a great view of the mountain. A really nice and friendly hotel. The hotel reception may look outdated in the pictures but the room was lovely with great water pressure in the shower.」

「We had a wonderful time at Rizzo! Service was great and we got the best view of the mountains! It was just lovely waking up in the morning with that wonderful view. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful 👏 Breakfast is served outside on the terrace and you get a superb view whilst savouring your coffee. 「location is close to center. but no parking place available. it was difficult to find parking place and needs to put money several times to parking lot which was 5 min walk. if you are lucky , maybe can find a place in the street in front of the hotel. room was very nice and clean. but the common area had no drinking water and the coffee mashine wa not cleaned and the filter with old coffee was allover molded. bring your flashlight if you want to go back at night as the light at the gate has a...

「Location wise? Excellent. Very quiet and safe area and closely situated to local tourism highlights of Peles, Bran and Libearty Bear Sanctuary. Very English-Speaking friendly area. The initial presentation of the apartment is quite lovely, but th only drawbacks proving to be that the bathroom was quite dirty and spear bedding appears quite old and stained. The check in process however was quite streamlined, and I’d suggest this place is ideal for a short stay.」
