Located in the heart of the picturesque streets of the village of Préfaults, a few steps from the beach, bakeries, bike rentals, cafes and restaurants. This 1900 villa, named Villa Angevina, is 160m² on a plot of 700m².
It has a double bedroom (1x140) on the ground floor and upstairs three double bedrooms (3x140) as well as two bedrooms with bunk beds (4 x 90) for a capacity of 12 people.
In order of visit, you will enter a living room composed of a comfortable dining room, an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, microwave, filter coffee maker, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more). A lounge TV Wifi Fireplace with wood available. A back kitchen where you will find a shower back from the beach, a washing machine and dryer, an additional fridge-freezer and childcare equipment (umbrella bed, bath, tub, potty, high chair)
On the ground floor a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. Upstairs a bathroom with toilet completes the house
Follow the course of the sun, on one side or the other of the house, enjoy the shade of the fruit trees. For maximum comfort, garden furniture is provided (table, chairs, deckchairs, umbrella). Cook the crap of the day on the gas griddle or on a charcoal barbecue.
Two secure parking spaces are adjacent to the house. For additional spaces, the beach car park is just a stone's throw away.
