“The hotel isn't really ready to receive people, we were told that we were not booked when arrived at the hotel, even though we showed them our paid reservation reference and email, they said that they only accept bookings from Expedia and haven’t heard of Hotels. This made the check in really long, because the director of the hotel had to be convinced that the website really existed. Luckily the daughter……
